This is our 2nd Floor, Ocean view condo. There is a condo above this unit. You have a designated parking spot directly in front of the condo. Please check below for our cancellation policy and late check out policy.
We also have a 3rd Floor Unit. VRBO listing 442242. Our dream came true when we purchased this second floor, double master bedroom condo in beautiful Wailea. We've rented Maui condos for years and have found that nothing compares to the lush tropical setting of the Grand Champion Villas. We have been disappointed a few times with units that seemed stripped down to just the bare essentials. We set this unit up to offer exactly what we would expect a condo to offer for the utmost enjoyment and comfort. When we purchased this unit, it was our desire to make it one of the nicest condos in the complex. We feel we have succeeded by doing just that. Our kitchen has new stainless appliances as well as an air fryer. We've just recently installed new tile and granite countertops in the kitchen and both baths. Each bathroom features an elegant vessel sink and newly tiled showers. A recent client told us this condo was nicer than any of the top resorts on Maui. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the large double lanai or enjoy the 50' flatscreen TV in the living room. We provide free cable TV and high speed internet. Each bedroom offers top of the line Tommy Bahama bedding and luxurious Egyptian cotton sheets. Thick, plush Egyptian cotton towels are provided in each bath. We stocked the main kitchen with brand new dishes, and glassware as well as everything you could possibly need. Each master bedroom has a TV and its own A/C unit. There is a third A/C in the living room, but we suggest you enjoy the wonderful Maui breezes. We've just installed new screen doors that allow the tropical breezes to flow through. This condo offers the much sought after lock out feature which provides a separate entry door into the second master bedroom. This second master bedroom has a kitchenette with microwave and small fridge. The second entry door allows two couples to share the unit but still have extra privacy. My husband and I plus our friends (2 couples) shared this lovely 2 bedroom condo in Wailea for a month long stay in Wailea. Both bedrooms were very spacious and had their own ensuite bathroom which was great. We have never stayed in such a well-equipped unit before - the kitchen was well stocked and the closets were full of beach gear - chairs, umbrellas, towels, snorkel gear etc. Sherri was a delight to deal with via VRBO and in person - she was always so quick to respond to any questions or requests and couldn’t have been more friendly and accommodating. Although not right on the ocean, there is a nice view in the mornings and great sunset views in the evening overlooking the water. This unit was a great home base for all our travels and adventures throughout Maui!

Both bathroom sinks do not drain properly. I will not return because of this. EVERYTHING ELSE is absolutely fantastic. The owner has really given attention to detail and practical use. I would rate this a five, but I had to brush my teeth, shave, wash my face in kitchen or bathtub. At a high price during low season, I would have liked to have some kind of monetary credit or care given besides a can of Drano left at door. Sorry, I’m just being honest. I would definitely rebook if issue is resolved.

This is our second time staying in this condo. My husband and I vacation with my sister. We love that there are 2 master suites. The condo is very clean. I got a quick response from the owner with answers to questions. Location is great.

My two sisters and I enjoyed our stay in Kihei so much! The condo was amazing with a sunrise and sunset off the lanai. Our owners and neighbors were really friendly! We were not ready to leave! Thanks for the memories! R Cochran

My family & I had an absolutely wonderful time at this property! It really did feel like a home away from home! Great location, close to the beach & beautiful shops! We stopped at the Costco on our way in & stocked up on easy charcuterie items, fresh fruit, coffee, wine & water for the week & everything we could possibly need to prepare, serve & open everything is provided in the well-stocked kitchen for when we didn’t eat at a restaurant. This property had plenty of room for 4 adults & was very comfortable. Beds are comfy, bathrooms roomy & view of the ocean sunsets very pretty. Pool is nice too & owners very helpful with any questions. We are already scheming our next trip & plan on staying here again! Thank you for everything~ our week long trip was amazing here!
