The condo has everything you needed. The view from the patio is beautiful. It is a 3 min walk to restaurants, 5 min walk to supermarket and high end shopping mall and 10 min to the beach. Can’t beat that. The condo owner is very accommodating and accessible during my stay.

Terrific location overlooking a rarely used golf course and the expansive pacific. Magical evenings on lanai for sunsets over Molokini. Lots of fabulous shops and restaurants just a short walk away. Hosts communicated immediately. Well supplied. Would love to come back.

Beautifully furnished condo with stunning views overlooking the Old Blue Golf course. Kitchen was well-supplied and the King sized bed was very comfortable. Wailea Ekolu is beautifully situated close to the Shops of Wailea and very close to fabulous swimming beaches.

The view and the location of the property was great. The cleanliness of the unit was less than adequate. It appears there have been no updates since the unit was built. The carpet is stained and dirty, the living room lights look like they have never been cleaned, the draperies are old and dirty, and the furniture is old and very stained and dirty(we were very uncomfortable sitting on the furniture). We would recommend not staying in this unit.

This condo is well located, with view on the golf course and the sea. It’s gorgeous. However, it is quite noisy. The inconvenience of staying on a golf club is the sound of lawn mowers and edge cutting loud equipment, every single morning between 6:30 and 8:30. Not a pleasant noise to wake up to. The condo was well equipped, but it was fairly dated, and I only gave a 3 stars overall because of poor cleaning. Bathrooms were good, but the carpets were stained and looked really dirty. We found a few dead insects when we moved in. But we still enjoyed the location, close to shops and the beach, with beautiful scenery.

This place was a mess. We took pictures to document that we didn't stain the carpet, walls and drapes. Light fixtures had bugs in them, bathroom fan does not work, front door has a hydraulic closer, that slams it shut..could take a finger off. Two old wall banger AC units can't keep the unit cool. It is dirty and needs a total remodel. Other units in the complex were nice. Do not rent 304! Nice view, comfortable bed..that's it.

The location of this condo was great - it is an easy walk to the beach. Lots of upscale shops - dinning options close by. The condo was clean and quiet - everything we needed was there. The condo was just a little dated but I was ok with that especially since my husband and I sat on the deck sipping our coffee watching the whales go by! Property manager on top of his game - so appreciate that. We will be staying here again

Originally booked the property for 2 adults and then 2 more adult family members were able to join us. Property was a bit tight for 4 adults. Two full bathrooms worked great, hide a bed is too small for 2 adults but we made do. Kitchen was adequately stocked with appliances and utensils we needed and used. The Condo was a bit dated but fully functional. Propane gas grill was a very short walk from unit, like new, worked great. The only small downside is the close proximity to a golf green on the Wailea golf course. Greenskeepers mowed the green every morning and 5:00 AM (still dark outside). On the positive side, ocean views from the patio/lanai were unobstructed & beautiful. Very little golfer activity.
