Our Family has Two - Two Bedroom/Two Bathroom Units above and Below Each other in Ekahi Village. This is great for Families or large groups traveling together. Both units tend to be among the most popular in the entire complex!
VIEWS: Ocean views from nearly every square foot! Panoramic views of the Islands of Lanai combined with the West Maui Mountains will captivate you. Combined with the lush landscape directly in front of the building will help you feel like you are the only people in paradise. In the morning, the ocean is especially tranquil and throughout the day you will be amazed at the transformation of the water into every shade of blue and green. December through April will boast some of the most amazing whale watching in the entire state. You could spend your entire vacation on the lanai, drinking coffee, watching the peaceful sunrise and at night toasting a perfect sunset.
REMODELED: The interior of the unit has been upgraded and tastefully decorated. Both master bathrooms have been beautifully renovated. with travertine floors and granite countertops. Inside the kitchen you will find gourmet equipment to make any meal you desire. The living room has modern furniture, a flat screen television and a queen pull out sofa. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed and secondary bedroom also has king size bed and not 2 twin beds pushed together.
LOCATION: We are set to the side of the complex in Building 54 and on a high point so one of the reasons for the unbelievable view. Considered "middle" village so around a 5 minute walk to the main pavilion pool and Ocean. We are also a convenient walk to Ulua Beach past the Andaz hotel and the closest Building in Ekahi Village to the Shops of Wailea at a level 3 Block walk. There is a main road (Wailea Alanui Drive) directly behind our Building. There is some road noise to consider when comparing our Unit to others in the complex. It is NOT on the North side of the complex where cars are accelerating up the Hill, but we also recognize that different people have different levels of sensitivity to road noise. We rarely have complaints, but don't want our guests to be disappointed or surprised by this factor.
GROUNDS: The Wailea Ekahi complex is spaciously situated on 33 acres of land. Our village is located directly on the Keawakapu Beach and Wailea's two mile ocean front board walk. If you're not at the beach, you can enjoy one of four pools in the complex or the oceanfront pool that makes you feel like you are at the beach. Luxury has an address and when you say Aloha to Wailea you will know that you have arrived!
CANCELLATION POLICY: Our cancellation policy remains firm, as we block our calendar and don't have the ability to offer dates to repeat guests or other guests. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND ALL GUESTS PURCHASE A THIRD-PARTY TRAVEL INSURANCE, that lets you cancel for any reason, for your vacation! This ensures we are both protected for any unexpected cancellation. The facilities are awesome and well taken care of. Easy access to the beach and pool. We often ordered take out and at dinner with our entire family at the pool cabana.

This was a very large space that suited my five kids very well. Comes with everything you would need in the kitchen and at the beach. The views off the lanais are hard to beat and made my friends staying at the Marriot Residence jealous. It is a solid 5 min walk to the beach which gave my kids time to chase lizards on the way. There is a bit of road noise due to proximity to the main road but it still felt secluded and private. We would stay there again no problem. Erin is a great host.

We frequently stay at the Ekahi Village. This is a GREAT unit. Upon arrival we had a welcome basket with some excellent snacks and chocolate covered macadamia nuts. Nice touch! Also there was a full supply of everything needed for the beach: umbrellas, chairs, coolers, tote bags, etc. This is such a huge deal for us. We go to the beach like it's our job! Inside the unit we found everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed for home cooked meals including spices! Only downside to this unit is proximity to the main road, as it's a bit noisy, but it made for a super quick walking trip to the shops. I'd definitely stay here again.

Well appointed and perfect for the 4 of us. The pool sits looking over the ocean for a 5 star view and the large lanai provided plenty of extra space! Loved the evening sunsets every night. Will be back!

The Lanai is so great and really the perfect place to enjoy a Maui sunset with ocean views. Erin is a very gracious host and very accommodating. You can’t go wrong with this place. My family really enjoyed our stay and will definitely rent this unit again next time we are in Wailea. The property is just behind the walking path which we really liked because it cut down on traffic and the beach was less crowded, but we could access the path by walking through the Andaz.
The unit had everything we needed and lots of beach stuff like chairs & umbrellas. Beds were really comfortable. Owner was very responsive when we had questions re checking in and out. And the lanai was amazing! Really big and a great view!
