Our entire condo was recently remodeled and offers a fully furnished kitchen, two spacious bedrooms equipped with queen-size beds, full bathroom with granite countertops, living/dining room, a lanai, and is air-conditioned. The condo is located on the ground floor and is a corner unit, allowing for maximum privacy and ease of entry (handicap accessible).     Let your feet take you to one of the numerous boutique stores and local markets you’ll find nearby. You’ll be enchanted by the Hawaiian craftsmanship and Island themes. Or, walk the beach through beautiful Wailea. Stop for a bite to eat or a quick drink at any of the nearby restaurants and bars, but don’t stray too far; you’ll want to return to Charlie Young Beach for the world’s most beautiful sunset.

    If you’re looking for something new, Cove Park (0.2 miles), Kihei’s surf hot-spot, is less than a five minute walk from your door. It’s perfect for beginner and intermediate surfers alike. Grab your board and navigate the ocean for an hour. Don’t be surprised if a curious sea turtle swims up to say hello. Ask the locals for tips, or buy a surf lesson from the Maui Wave Riders, located right across the street. If surfing isn’t your thing, they rent paddle boards as well.

    This is a lovely, clean, well-maintained property located at a very nice part of town, which is very close to a lot of desirable beaches, shops and restaurants. You can tell that the owner takes a lot of pride in keeping this condo well-decorated. The parking spot is very close to the entrance of the property and it is very easy to get your luggage and items in an out of this Place. The only disappointment for us was that something was wrong with the television and we were not able to use it all for three of the four days that we stayed here. When we messaged the owner, he did respond fairly quickly and told us that he doesn’t watch TV but he gave us a phone number to call the cable provider as well as a number to call a maintenance guy. The cable provider was unable to help us because we were not the account holders and the maintenance guy didn’t call us back the day we left a message, but after we sent another text message to the property owner he got ahold of him and sent him over to our place . After messing around with it for nearly a half hour the maintenance guy was able to get the DVD player to play at least so we were able to watch one of the four DVDs that were sitting by the TV to have something to view when we got back that night after spending our day snorkeling. However, he was unable to figure out how to get the cable or any of the streaming services to work on this television, so it appeared to be an issue with the cable service or a connection between the cable service and the television. For us personally, not having a working television was not a huge problem because we spent most of our time exploring the area, but it was disappointing to not have something to watch at the end of the night while relaxing before we went to bed. Overall, I would say that this is a great place to stay and I would highly recommend it, unless having a lack of a TV or cable could be a big problem for you potentially. Outside of the issues with watching the television, everything else worked great including the air-conditioning and fans in the property, as well as the refrigerator and devices within the kitchen. The interior of this property is fantastic and I am confident that you will have a nice stay at this place.
