Very close to shopping. No parking fees. Beach front property, but the ocean was a bit choppy & dirty due to high surf. Used a small shopping cart for luggage transport. It was great for groceries. The unit was comfortable & clean except for the living room AC. Removed the cover & filter which was covered with dirt & prevented the air flow. Washed it out clean. Did not contact the host due to the time being close to bedtime. Enjoy your stay.

Our stay was just perfect for us. The condo was located within walking distance of many stores and restaurants, which was incredibly convenient, but it was also far enough away from "busy" areas that we were able to just enjoy some peace and quiet time together. The condo was close enough to the airport to make getting there and back easy and was less than an hour and a half from Haleakala National Park, which was a bucket list trip for me. The beach located on property was never busy and was just large enough to spread out and enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Check in and check out were a breeze and our hosts were so incredibly communicative - they answered all of our questions quickly and comprehensively and made the stay that much more enjoyable by doing so. There were five of us in the room: myself, my three adult children, and my 14-year-old... there was plenty of room for all of us and everyone slept well! We had a wonderful time and, if we are fortunate enough to return to Maui, we will definitely look to book here again.
Enjoyed our stay! The condos themselves have nice amenities and perfect location. The only thing i'd recommend is new bedding & towels. They are provided and some extra sets of bedding but we had planned to use the pull out sofa and those sheets were not there at the time. Provide plenty of beach towels but could have used a couple extras for showers. Overall wonderful and would reccomend!

This condo unit is in the perfect central location on Maui. The property is beautiful, quiet and well maintained. We were there with 3 of our young adult children (so 5 of us in total) and had plenty of space. We did rent a twin size fold up bed for extra sleeping space. There were enough beach chairs and towels for our whole group and 2 body boards which we enjoyed using. The kitchen had everything we needed for making meals. We loved having a washer and dryer in the unit. The split A/C kept the rooms nice and cool. We would definitely stay in this location again!

The property itself is located by tennis and pickleball courts and they have a free putting green. Fun activities for the family. The condo had 2 ac units, 1 in the main room, the other in the bedroom. When we first got there, I was concerned that it is right next to the elevator, but luckily it was quiet the whole time we stayed there. On the first day we stayed, there were no cooking utensils other than a ladle, serving fork, and a whisk. I emailed the host a small list of what I needed to have to cook for my family and she replied right away letting me know the items will be bought and brought up to our room. The items came the next day. There were also a few cockroaches here and there at night, but I have never stayed in Maui where i didn't see 1 roach running around somewhere. The checkout process was quick and easy. Would i stay here again? Maybe.
The condo was very well cleaned and all of the equipment worked. The kitchen was very well-stocked with toaster, blender, coffee maker, and plenty of pots/pans, dishes and glasses.
A bonus is the twin-size bed in the living room in addition to the couch, so including the bedroom you can fit 5 people comfortably using all of the beds. There are two full bathrooms and and washer/dryer unit. Really pleased with my stay and I’ll book again if the prices stay low.

Maui Sunset is a beautiful complex that offers everything for play and relaxation. The condo was beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything we needed. The on site concierge, Blue Hawaiian Tours, was great at scheduling our tours and activities. Would definitely return!

We spent a week in Maui and the condo was in a perfect location to explore the island! The condo was clean and had all the amenities in the kitchen for preparing meals. Lovely balcony with a view of the ocean.
