The comforts of home in Paradise! This beautiful Townhome style Condo is just steps away from the second fairway at Waikoloa Villages Golf course, nestled between Mauna Loa and Mauna Kea volcanoes looking out over the ocean.

For your convenience, we’ve recently installed a new air conditioner system. Each room has an A/C remote control, which is ideal to adjust individual room comfort.

Just 10 minutes from the best white sand beaches on The Big Island and great shopping at Kings Alley Shopping Center, and 25 minutes to the airport. This is an ideal spot for your vacation adventures. The Greens is a luxuriously landscaped Condo complex with swimming pool, children’s pool, Jacuzzi, barbecue, work out room, tennis courts and a putting green. Full-size grocery store and restaurants are near by.

The three bedroom, three full bathroom condominium is furnished with a tropical motif and colorfully painted. It has a great 1200 square foot floor plan. Upstairs are two master bedroom suites, each with their own full bathrooms. One master bedroom with queen bed has beautiful ocean and sunset view, the second master bedroom has two twin beds that can be moved together to make a King bed, this room faces the mountains and Mauna Loa. The third bedroom is on the main level with a queen bed adjacent to a full bathroom.

The main level living room is equipped with a sleeper sofa, coffee table, easy chair and desk that leads out to a Lanai with patio table and four chairs. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for home cooking including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, pots, pans, dishes and utensils. There’s a raised kitchen counter and bar-stools as well as a dining table and chairs for mealtimes.
It was previously used as an owner's vacation home and has been well maintained throughout.

Just wanted to say thank you for letting us stay in your condo. We had a wonderful ten days there and are now back in Maine (wishing we were still in Hawaii of course) but it was great staying there and what a great location! This is our second time at this location. You feel at home. in the middle of every activity. beautiful views. don’t forget some Malasadas (hawaiian donuts) my grandson wanted them every day.

We found the condo less than clean when we arrived, I emailed Don about what we found and he was on it! A cleaner was there before we were home from shopping! The regular cleaner was off island and the condo wasn’t up to the usual standard! It is a little dated, but we knew that (it’s getting a refresh we hear!) a perfect place to call home for your Big Island holiday! Close to the best beaches (Kua Bay, picture perfect, great snorkeling!)and good restaurants, but the kitchen had everything you need for meals in. Lots of hiking close by. The complex is beautiful and well kept, and there is turkeys, we loved seeing the wild turkeys!!!!! We would definitely stay again in our next trip!

Good location in upper Waikoloa Village. Close proximity to nice beaches, grocery store and shopping. Space for everyone in our group. Good communication with owners. Little dated but had everything we needed.

Our family of three generations enjoyed a month long vacation on the Big Island. The layout of the condo with two bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom downstairs provided the privacy we all needed while still at a great price. Don was great with communication and the condo was exactly as described. We enjoyed our stay!

The condo was a very comfortable home for our family of 6. The pool and facilities in the condo community were wonderful. The location made for easy access to all of the major roads so we were able to explore the entire island. The owner was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly. We would definitely stay again.
