The comforts of home in Paradise! This beautiful Townhome style Condo is just steps away from the second fairway at Waikoloa Villages Golf course, nestled between Mauna Loa and Mauna Kea volcanoes looking out over the ocean.
For your convenience, we’ve recently installed a new air conditioner system. Each room has an A/C remote control, which is ideal to adjust individual room comfort.
Just 10 minutes from the best white sand beaches on The Big Island and great shopping at Kings Alley Shopping Center, and 25 minutes to the airport. This is an ideal spot for your vacation adventures. The Greens is a luxuriously landscaped Condo complex with swimming pool, children’s pool, Jacuzzi, barbecue, work out room, tennis courts and a putting green. Full-size grocery store and restaurants are near by.
The three bedroom, three full bathroom condominium is furnished with a tropical motif and colorfully painted. It has a great 1200 square foot floor plan. Upstairs are two master bedroom suites, each with their own full bathrooms. One master bedroom with queen bed has beautiful ocean and sunset view, the second master bedroom has two twin beds that can be moved together to make a King bed, this room faces the mountains and Mauna Loa. The third bedroom is on the main level with a queen bed adjacent to a full bathroom.
The main level living room is equipped with a sleeper sofa, coffee table, easy chair and desk that leads out to a Lanai with patio table and four chairs. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for home cooking including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, pots, pans, dishes and utensils. There’s a raised kitchen counter and bar-stools as well as a dining table and chairs for mealtimes.
It was previously used as an owner's vacation home and has been well maintained throughout.

Yes the condo is a little dated as others have stated, but we were basically just sleeping there. We were so thankful for the beach stuff in the hallway closet.
My husband and I slept in the bedroom on the main floor. This bed slept great. Only problem is there is no chest or dresser for putting your clothes in. We improvised and made an area in the closet for putting shorts and bathing suits on by placing our suitcases on top of each other. The master bedroom upstairs was a great size but only has a queen size bed which was kind of a problem for my son, daughter-in-law and grandson. My grandson wouldnt sleep in the portable crib and it was a tight squeeze for all 3 in the bed. I knew it was a queen size bed so this isnt the owners fault at all. The twin beds in the other room were very hard according to my dad but he still slept great. Each bedroom has its own balcony plus the living toom has a balcony.
I definitely would recommend this condo to others.
The owners were great about getting back with us when we had questions. The resort itself is fabulous. There are many things to do there if you just wanted a day to do nothing.

We arrived and checked in super easy. Guess there was a mixup with the cleaning schedule so the place was not ready. I emailed the host and I got a callback within 5 minutes. He was truly mortified and said let call my cleaners and call you right back. He did said they would be right over. We went to dinner and the place sparkled went we got back. Mistakes can happen, it how you fix them and the host did a great job.

This condo looks just like its pictures. It was clean, coded entry for front door, and had several fun beach amenities inside (Chairs, boogie boards, cooler, beach blanket, sand toys, Snorkel set, etc.) The host sent all of the needed information with enough advance notice that I never had to worry. He also sent lots of great tips and recommendations which we really appreciated. The neighborhood was quiet, although the hot tub was always full of people so never really available. We really liked having three bathrooms and individual AC units.
The only downfall for us were the beds. They didn’t bother our children, but my husband and I both struggled sleeping there.
We would totally recommend this unit and host!

Fabulous! As advertised! Loved all having our own bathrooms! Very well put together place in nice community.
Embarrassingly it was 3 men for this trip and we almost didn’t rent because we thought the color scheme was pink! It’s not! I won’t spoil it but te color scheme has been improved from pink and we felt like manly men all week!

This condo was perfect for our family of 5. Enough bathrooms and beds and beach stuff to borrow. We adventured a lot and it was nice to come home each night to this quiet place.

This unit is nicely decorated and very comfortable. Most everything you need is provided. The owner is very responsive and deals with your questions in a timely manner.
Our only problem with this property is the location of the building in the complex. Most of the buildings have a pleasant view of the golf course. This building sits in the middle of the complex surrounded by parking lots, near the main entrance and next to the management office. The community is a combination of private ownership and timeshare units so there was truck traffic making deliveries at odd hours. If you are a light sleeper you will not enjoy the sound of trucks backing up at 4:00 am.

We found the condo less than clean when we arrived, I emailed Don about what we found and he was on it! A cleaner was there before we were home from shopping! The regular cleaner was off island and the condo wasn’t up to the usual standard!
It is a little dated, but we knew that (it’s getting a refresh we hear!) a perfect place to call home for your Big Island holiday! Close to the best beaches (Kua Bay, picture perfect, great snorkeling!)and good restaurants, but the kitchen had everything you need for meals in. Lots of hiking close by. The complex is beautiful and well kept, and there is turkeys, we loved seeing the wild turkeys!!!!! We would definitely stay again in our next trip!

Our family of three generations enjoyed a month long vacation on the Big Island. The layout of the condo with two bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom downstairs provided the privacy we all needed while still at a great price. Don was great with communication and the condo was exactly as described. We enjoyed our stay!
