This was a delightful, comfortable, charming sanctuary. - Hawaiian style. Sandie, our host was friendly, accommodating and available. The neighborhood/location was quiet, walkable and filled with amazing Mountain views on one side and bay views to the other.... we will try to stay here again.
The check-in process was a breeze, and our first glimpse of the property promised a delightful time. The residence is an open-floor plan that allows everyone to be together while cooking or watching a movie. It's very well-appointed and the couches are COZY. We watched a movie every night as a way of relaxing after days of beach, swimming, and snorkeling.The host was incredibly welcoming and easy-going. We had full access to beach/swimming supplies and used the outdoor grill for dinner one night. The beds are extremely comfortable, and one of the rooms has a mountainside view that was a pleasure to wake up to. One note on the rooms- it is a well-ventilated residence (which is great) and the top of the bedroom walls do not connect fully to the ceiling. If you need some auditory privacy with another couple you're sharing the rental with, you might want to take turns doing outings for the day... ;)
Celebrating our 30th anniversary in Oahu. The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Parking was a big plus and the neighborhood felt safe. We were very busy but chose 1 day to just stay and enjoy our rental. The landscaping was just beautiful and so relaxing. We were able to grill some steaks for dinner under the covered patio and cook breakfast before our outings. We looked forward to returning there everyday during our stay. The owners are right next door but there was plenty of privacy with the set up of the homes. We felt at home and would definitely stay here again. Don’t miss out on a great home away from home if you’re thinking of coming to Oahu.

This property is magnificent! It made our experience in Hawaii very special. Had we stayed in Honolulu or at a hotel we would have missed out on the Island’s true beauty. We hope to return soon. A wonderful place to decompress.
Wonderful property in an out of the way area away from the noise and bustle of Honolulu. Only about a 35 minute drive to the airport and a great place to use as a home base for some hiking. The garden and outdoor seating area were a really nice surprise and the place is spacious and comfortable. Sandy was a wonderful host.

We wanted to stay far away from the big hotels and crowded Waikiki. This place was great clean comfortable and everything you could possibly need!
This place was everything i expected. Quite, secluded, the owners are very welcoming. You can see the ocean from the house. Very well located to Polynesian culture center and lots of beaches. Unfortunately, we did not see many lizards.😁the one we did see was outdide a cute little thing. Thank you Sandy and Bob for making my vacation relaxing.
We live on island and needed a getaway from the city and tourist areas. This cottage has all you need to relax and not worry about a thing. Host was extremely generous and was available if we had any questions or concerns.

We came to Hawaii for our Honeymoon and 30 years later we are back. Just as beautiful as ever! The house is very nice. We enjoyed our stay here. Lots of kitchen items to work with, Sandra is very attentive to questions and she has a beautiful place to stay. We are on our way to the Big Island today. After our Honeymoon of a week, we decided then that a minimum stay of 2 weeks was a necessity.
This property was great. It was clean. In a beautiful area and it is close to everything. Sandie is great. She gave great recommendation and she had everything we needed for the beach!!! Over all experience was amazing!!!

The cottage is as advertised. Large living room/large kitchen - open concept. All appliances are there. Although the cottage has AC, I only used it one night. The fans and the local trade winds kept the house at a nice temperature. This is in June. Very nice front patio with plenty of room for 4-5 people to sit and relax. Nice views of the mountains. 15 minutes from Koloa Ranch - a must see for fans of all the Jurassic Park and King Kong movies. Kaneohe Bay 5 minutes down the street. Maybe 30 minutes to Turtle Bay on the north; and Kailua to the south.
We had a wonderful time at Sandie’s place. The birds, the roosters and the peaceful paradise was a nice space for us to come back to everyday after our outings.

This is a lovely space on the Windward side. The house is in a lovely neighborhood. It could easily accommodate two couples or a family.

The cottage is super clean and in a very nice area. We loved it! We highly recommend if you dont want to stay in a condo or hotel, a much better option to relax and enjoy the Hawaiian vibe.
