The condo had everything we could need for our month long stay. The location cannot be beat. I hope to be back in the near future.
The condo is charming and quite complex. Each room is spacious and mattress are extremely comfortable. Full size kitchen with basic supplies - they even have a small fridge for drinks. I did not look for air conditioning until we arrive - not many have them unless you stay at a hotel. The owner supplied a portable air conditioner in master bedroom, only fans in other rooms - my kids were not able to sleep well. They supplied a lot of items that people left there - 2 chairs but becoming rusty (still works), boogie boards but should probably get thrown away - they are beginning to tear apart. A large tote of snorkel flippers, and noodles. The location is perfect but far from the south area - shopping is close by. Cons: ants (we understand that it's the jungle so expect bugs - not wear I eat and sleep) ants on side tables, bed, kitchen trash area and counter tops...the air conditioning (I know people take advantage of leaving it on but some visitors don't do well without air or can't tolerate the humidity, the out door furniture needs a thorough cleaning or seat without cushions (sand is in crevices) after a shower I don't wish to sit in sand, it would be nice if the condo complex had a hose to clean off beach items, lastly - the pool is small but was perfect for what we needed it for. The owners are welcoming and signs written out for way finding (this was great!!) I left my Kauai book there to help others with beach and hike locations. They also had a washer/drier FULL size!!!
We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Princeville. It was spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed for a full week. The location was perfect, close to all the beauty of the North Shore, and the host was incredibly friendly and easy to communicate with. The unit was well-stocked and thoughtfully set up, which made it feel like home right away. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would definitely come back again!
It was very nice and quiet. The kitchen had everything ready to cook. I would definitely recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay in Princeville. The condo was just as described. We enjoyed using the beach supplies and snorkel gear. We will hopefully return some day in the future!
We loved our stay at this condo. They had absolutely everything we needed. It was close to anini beach which was really nice. There is no AC but there is a very nice breeze that comes through in the evening and there are fans provided in every room. It was just the two of us but it was so nice to have our own rooms and so much space. If felt like we were coming back to a home everyday after going around the island. We would love to come back at some point as well.
We enjoyed our stay. The location was great and close to some beautiful beaches. The condo was perfect for our family and had everything we needed. We look forward to when we can return!

This property was a perfect stay for our family of 4! Honestly we had more room than we needed! Clean, well-stocked, all the beach items, quiet, and easy driving to all the north shore things we wanted to do. I will say that if you’re looking for a place solely based on walkable beach access, I would recommend somewhere different. The access to Anini beach from the property was very steep, slippery and smelled a lot like sewage and the beach itself housed a lot of people living in tents in the trees. We personally had an experience down there that made us uncomfortable. Thankfully, the main access to Anini is a short, pretty drive and we snorkeled with so many fish and a sea turtle! Hanalei beach is also really close. We absolutely loved our stay here!!

We had an amazing week! The condo was the perfect spot to stay. It was very clean and had plenty of space for our family of four. Kitchen is well stocked. We really enjoyed having the snorkeling, boogie board, chairs and umbrella for the beach! There is the perfect spot watch sunrise and sunset near the golf course. Definitely recommend!

Returning to the Garden Isle after some 30 years we wanted a comfortable, convenient condo in Princeville for part of our visit. Princeville is close to Hanalei, and on a section of the highway that’s not clogged with traffic.

We really enjoyed staying here. The space was perfect for our little group and then kitchen gad everything we could need to cook our dinners which saved us money on eating out.
We didnt need some of the amenities, like the pool, but it was still nice to have the option!

This place was so amazing! We could not wait to experience this condo in person as it looked so beautiful from the photos. It was even better than we expected when we finally arrived. The high ceiling when you walk in, the spacious patio with nice furniture and an electric BBQ, all the modern furniture and appliances and very spacious rooms all throughout the condo. We liked the Hawaiian themed decorations in the property. Very well stocked with everything you would need. We did not want to leave such a great place. Mary was a great host as she was very accommodating to all our requests and answered all our questions very promptly. The condo manager was also very nice and welcoming.
You cannot go wrong in booking this property. Mahalo!
We are a family of five and this was a nice space and a great location for hiking and beaches. Anini beach is one of our favorites for snorkeling and it is easily accessible.
You can tell the owner cares about their property as well as the other owners in this complex.

We really enjoyed our time in Kauai! Every communication with Mary was prompt and helpful. Our family of four was able to spread out. The kitchen was very well stocked. We made good use of the washer and dryer. Our only concern was the hike to the beach. While the distance described was accurate we didn’t expect as much change in elevation. Maybe we just needed to get in better shape ahead of time:)
Overall we loved Mary’s home and recommend it to others looking for a comfortable stay!

Great location just 10 mins from shops and restaurants! This home was fully stocked and super clean! Everything we could possibly need was here from extra towels to beach chairs and beach towels. The kitchen was also nicely stocked. The beds were very comfortable! We didn’t even need to use the air conditioner because leaving the windows and sliding door open at night gave a great breeze. I will be recommending this place to all of my friends and family! Mahalo!

Mary's place is a great vacation property with everything you could possibly need. The place is clean, comfortable, and so well stocked. She is quick to respond and everything about renting her place was wonderful. We would love to stay there again if we are in Princeville.

So centrally located! We loved how easy it was to get right out to the highway and off on our adventures! Furniture and beds were comfy. Lots of fans to keep you cool and everything you would need in the kitchen. The bathrooms were clean and modern. Loved all of the books about Kauai to look at while we were there and loved walking around the grounds.
