The Palms #901 is a luxurious one-bedroom two-bath ground floor villa tucked away in a private and quiet corner in one of the nicest locations on the property. Often the only sound you will hear is the waves crashing on the nearby beaches. The Palms is one of the upscale resorts at Wailea with impeccably kept grounds and a luxurious chlorine-free pool. The spacious unit is 1022 square feet and the wrap-around covered lanai provides another 450 square feet of island-style living space. The large lanai is perfect for breakfast, mid-afternoon relaxation, or a private dinner. It is surrounded by palm trees and remains in a cool shade all day making it a popular spot for our guests. It is furnished with outdoor furniture, and has two beach loungers suitable for sun bathing in the private grass area in front of the unit. It has a dining table and chairs and a top-of-the line gas grill.

The Palms is a 5 star condo resort located in the prestigious Wailea community on Maui. It is at a walking distance to some of the best beaches and golf courses in the world. The property is sparsely built on a 20+ acre natural hillside lot. The lushly landscaped grounds are meticulously maintained and adorned with year-around blooming tropical flowers. The condo that I stayed in was dated and in need of major upgrades. Here are a few of the things I noticed
1. Carpet was dirty needs to be ripped out
2. Dishwasher top rack was broken
3. Washer and dryer very old and dryer would not stay on even with just a few items in it.
4. Front bathroom was old. Vanity was pulling away from the wall.
5. Tiny ants in the kitchen living room, master bathroom. This was after Terminex came in and sprayed the second day we were there.
The property was beautiful and the grounds were very well cared for. The outside of the buildings looked like it had recently been painted. But the condo I stayed in was not clean and very old needs remodeling. My friends stayed in a condo across the parking lot that was beautiful inside updated and no ants!
The owner also texted me at 9:45 the day of departure making sure I knew I needed to clear out by 11:00. He was waiting in the parking lot to make sure I left on time. He did text back thanking me for leaving the place clean!
Next time I rent a VRBO I will do a bit more research.

Overall was pretty good. We were disappointed that both the dishwasher could not be used because the top rack was broken, and the main toilet was not functioning. We feel both these items should’ve been addressed before our stay, but at the very least while we were here.

This property is everything you want on your visit to Maui. Great location in Wailea. Very clean and cozy. Good amenities. Communication and coordination were pleasant and proactive before, during and after our visit. We look forward to our next visit. Mahalo.

We were fortunate to spend our vacation at this amazing property, ideally located in Wailea. It was very clean and stocked with everything needed to enjoy a family vacation. The property owners are very accommodating and welcoming. We can’t wait to stay here again!!!

The Palms at Wailea is a hidden paradise of a property. The location is excellent. The grounds are beautiful. The condo is charming and meets all needs. Brian is a great property manager. Everything was easy from check in to checkout. We will be back.

Perfect location - pretty central to a lot of the main things. The pool is amazing and less than a minute walk from the condo. Brian (property manager) had everything in the unit that we needed for the beach and was easily reachable if we needed something. Also had all kitchen, cooking stuff, laundry, etc. AC unit in the bedroom was so nice and def a necessity. The condo itself is outdated so FYI if you care. However, its still nice and was VERY CLEAN! We spent most of our time out of it exploring/enjoying Maui, so didn’t find the need to stay in a newer place. Great stay overall!!

The condo is surprisingly roomy; high ceilings, large living area, kitchen, bedroom and baths. Well-stocked kitchen. Beach chairs, towels, coolers. Well-managed. Spectacular sunsets from the pool area.
