We had the most wonderful vacation in Maui, staying in a beautiful condo that truly felt like a home away from home. From the moment we booked, the instructions we received were clear, detailed, and very helpful, which made our arrival stress-free. The condo management team and staff were warm, friendly, and always accommodating.The condo itself was bright, airy, and perfectly located, offering breathtaking views of the ocean. Watching the sunrises and sunsets from there was absolutely unforgettable. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared—from the comfortable furnishings to the fully stocked kitchen—making it easy for us to relax and feel completely at ease.One of our favorite routines was starting the mornings with tea on the lanai, listening to the gentle waves and enjoying the warm island breeze. The location was also ideal, with the pristine beach just a short walk away.Staying here truly made our Maui trip extra special, and we can’t wait to return!

Everything was smooth from booking to checkout. The location was top notch.
The unit was clean and easily accessible. No check in process as this was handled by a management company. The A/C worked fine as well as everything else. TV was a lil hard to figure out but we did. No blender and no ironing board which we had hoped for. They did have an iron though which worked. I’m sure we could have gotten an intoning board from the office. We did use the kitchen and made meals there. It did have everything we would have needed. The unit did have beach towels and ice coolers for our trips. No chairs or umbrella in the unit but the office has nice chairs free of charge and we rented the umbrella next door which is a must during the summer. Overall the grounds were well maintained. It could have been a lil cleaner meaning the leaves etc falling from the trees outside. The manicured green lawn was perfect and sitting on the benches early in the morning or grabbing a lawn chair for the sunset was epic. It’s always a show for the sunset and prime spot for it as others were there too in order to watch it. The beach next door is perfect plus they have a general store for literally any needs you have and reasonably priced. Also snorkeling at that beach was good too as we saw many fish and turtles. Overall good value and nice place. Glad we were able to stay here.
The stay was great! Larry was communicative and had clear instructions to get to the unit. Walking in you're greeted with amazing views! The grounds were amazingly kept and had a nature trail. Overall it was clean and had thoughtful touches that made our stay enjoyable. Would stay again!

A wonderful unit and perfect location for my spouse and I to stay during our week visit to Maui. Easy walk to the beach and local markets. Check in and out process was super easy. Plenty of towels for the bath and beach plus coolers to use as needed! Would definitely stay here again in the future :)
My husband and I got married in Maui on Saturday, April 5. We booked our condo a year in advance. It was absolutely everything that was described verbally and in the pictures.. everything about it was perfect in every way.
Such a great location to be able to get to all parts of the island. Beautiful sunsets from the balcony! Very clean and well stocked!
My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The condo is in a perfect location to the beach, food, entertainment, walking paths, and has amazing views. It was clean and everything was in working condition. It also has a great lawn area with grills next to the pool. We would stay here again next time.
I loved our stay so much! The condo was a perfect size for 2 of us, and we really enjoyed the view. What was even more wonderful was the whole condo building! There is a wonderful lawn with lawn chairs to use, a nice pool, and just steps away from one of our favorite beaches on Maui. The front office has plenty of beach chairs too. Everyone was so friendly in the building, and you can tell that the owners take good care of the units, as well as the HOA taking great care of the grounds. There is a really nice sense of community in this area, and I appreciated it being less touristy than other spots on the island. We can't wait to come back!
Fantastic location in Kihei. Beautiful property steps from the beach and convenient to drive to wherever you want to go. Cooking to an ocean view is beautiful. Would definitely recommend!
The condo is wonderful: everything you need and then some, fantastic location RIGHT on the ocean with beautiful grounds and amenities. Low key yet convenient to everything. Communications with the owners were great. I highly recommend staying here. I will in a heartbeat given the opportunity to come back to Maui. And if I am unable to return, I will hold my really positive experience in my heart. Thank you Larry!!!
My husband and I spent 10 great days here. The grounds are immaculate. There were always lounge chairs available. You could rent free beach chairs, bocci ball set, putters for putting green from the office. Our room was super quiet, bed was comfortable, air-conditioning worked great and it was hot while we were there. It's located in a nice area, lots of shopping nearby. We would stay here again.
Everything was as they said and the two new A/c units were great. Would totally stay there again!!’

We enjoyed our time at the condo. It was a perfect location for walking into the town or local beaches. The pool and site was great with access to chairs etc. the unit is a bit older and does not look exactly like the photos. The small appliances were older - toaster worked but was missing the handle and just had felt to push down and the coffee machine was very rusted - but didn’t impact our stay overall. Even without A/C the condo was cool if there was a breeze off the ocean and the fans did help. We enjoyed our stay and would stay at the condo building again.

The apartment looked exactly like on the pictures and that view was incredible. Waking up every morning and sitting on the balcony was a dream. With a competitive rate it was perfect! It is conveniently located between Kihei and Wilea so close to all restaurants and beaches.
What a beautiful view to wake up to everyday. It was quiet at night and in the morning I could hear the sweet sound of birds at the bird feeder across the lawn. I didn’t hear chickens but saw some around. It was a little warm for sleeping one night but all the rest had wonderful trade winds to keep us cool.
We have nothing but great things to say about our stay at Kihei Surfside. Staff was great and attentive, unit was clean and had all the necessities, views were spectacular! The beach is a 3 min walk to the next hotel over which has a general store for snacks and beach items. Most important about this place is the location!! Anything you want or need is 10 mins or less drive. Could not ask for a better location that is both central and has stunning ocean front views!

Great stay with lovely view of the ocean! Bed was comfortable and condo well equipped. Hard to have a bad time in this beautiful place!!
