5/30-7/24 Roof Replacement - During this time, the Air Conditioning in the unit and the entire building will be down due to roof replacement, prices have been reduced to reflect this.

Many of our guests prefer not to use the air conditioning as we are typically Blessed with tropical trade winds, which is Hawaii's natural cooling system. Our units have nice cross ventilation which is controlled by opening the kitchen window and lanai sliding doors to let the trades circulate the air. During this time however, for added comfort, we will have circulating fans in the units to assist in added cooling. You may choose to lower the blinds to help keep the suns heat out once it comes around to the front of the building until sunset.

The Mahana has one of the nicest locations on Maui. Every unit is ocean front, about 50 feet from the waters edge with gorgeous views and waves rolling in almost underfoot. There is currently a Monk Seal that has been sunbathing directly in front of our building. Monk Seals are endangered so it is quite a treat for guests and the local population to view them in person. In addition, you might see a couple of turtles, mama and baby, that seem to nest or call The Mahana their home. Sunsets on the lanai are amazing, changing every day for great picture taking and an end to your day in paradise.

Newly renovated, our unit 114 at The Mahana is a ground floor one bedroom one bath unit. It has a king-size bed with with a new mattress and the living room has a queen sofa bed with a new 8 inch mattress! The unit serves four guests very comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped including refrigerator with ice maker, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker, blender and all kitchen utensils. Also included for your convenience is salt and pepper, spice rack, plastic wrap, foil, baggies, napkins, paper towels, toilet paper, Kleenex, dish soap, hand ...

For our first visit to Hawaii we could not ask for a better place to stay. Location was as good as you could ask for. The condo had all the amenities we needed and then some. We will be staying here again in the future.

This place was perfect in many ways. Every night we watched the sunset. Snorkeling was excellent and even swam with turtles. Food trucks are a short walk away as well as some good restaurants. It was quiet and we really felt comfortable and relaxed!

Clean. Comfy. Gorgeous ocean view with unforgettable sunsets. Condo unit has easy access to pool and car parking. Condo building is conveniently close to restaurants, stores, Kaanapali and Lahaina. Well-stocked with absolutely everything needed and more. Highly recommend. Will definitely return and stay here!

We really appreciated the first floor unit just several yards from the beach. It felt very private, even though it’s a several story condo building. It’s an older building. Very helpful staff, well equipped kitchen and unit, and Alicia (property manager) was very gracious and responsive.

This property was perfect. The unit was clean and comfortable, the pool was quiet and a great temperature! We watched whales off the lanai every morning and huge sea turtles were right along shore feeding. We could walk the beautiful beaches to restaurants and the grocery store is right across the road. Alicia was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!
