Set in beautifully landscaped Hale Kamaole complex, Unit 255 features a private lanai with beautiful ocean views across from Kamaole III beach -- named one of the top beaches in the world! The beach has a gentle surf with full time life guards on duty. Located away from South Kihei Road in Building 6, this unit has over 1300 sq ft of living space. The beautiful pool is located just steps from the unit, along with tennis court and BBQ's. Ample free parking provided on site and no resort fees make this a great complex. Located within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops, and attractions, this condo is a great base for exploring Maui! The main floor has a new fully equipped kitchen, complete with granite counters and dishwasher. The dining room and living room are tastefully decorated in a relaxed beach home style. The shaded lanai has views to the ocean, West Maui mountains and the pool. There is a large bedroom with 2 twin beds, A/C, ceiling fan and plenty of storage. Main floor bathroom has been recently remodeled with a new vanity with granite counter tops. An in suite washer/dryer complete the main floor. The 2nd floor has a loft area with a queen bed overlooking the living area, complete with a ceiling fan. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, A/C, ceiling fan and large ensuite with walk-in shower and has been recently remodeled with a new vanity with granite counter top. Cable television on both levels, including large 'Smart TV' in the living room, free wifi, washer/dryer, telephone includes free unlimited calling to Canada and the United States. Beach chairs, coolers and other beach equipment located in the lanai closet for your convenience. Laundromat also available on site near tennis court. Our preferred minimum stay is 7 nights. Great unit in well located complex!
We stayed in this unit for 2 wonderful weeks and will definitely be back! The unit was bright and spacious with some great updates like the kitchen and tile floor. Overall it had a great ‘beachy’ look, which really added to the vacation feeling!
The kitchen had everything we needed and more, which was convenient for making meals in the condo. The beds were comfortable and the location in the complex was very quiet, which was great for sleeping in.
The lanai was nicely shaded and a great place to get out of the sun and enjoy the ocean views. The closet had beach chairs and coolers which came in really handy for days out and about on Maui.
The beach directly across the street was great for early morning swimming and sunsets. The complex is a short walk to shops and restaurants, but still far enough away from the ‘busy’ area for some relaxation.
The communication with Laura was quick and easy, and we would happily come back when on Maui again!

Excellent view here on the second floor. Pool, tennis court and beach are easy to access. Nice community of people staying in Hale Kamaloe. Very comfortable stay, beautiful weather. Thank you!

What a treat to be here. Condo is spacious and can accommodate up to 8 people. We enjoyed our morning coffee and breakfast on the Lanai that faces north with a spectacular view of Mauna Kahalawai (‘mountain that drips). We love that the lanai is shaded and appreciate the breezes that visit. Clean and well organized, the kitchen contains everything you need to prepare your own meals AND within walking distance to the beach and other amenities if you don’t feel like cooking. People are friendly and happy. We learned how to blow the conch at sunset, cooked outside on the BBQ every night and found out more about must sees and must dos in Maui. Perfect location. Highly recommended!

More than enough room for a couple, this spacious condo is conveniently located across the street from the beach, where we could walk over and watch the sun set multiple times without having to worry about parking. The property manager was so easy to communicate with and they gave us all the information we needed before we arrived. And they had plenty of recs and tips for things to do. We had more than enough supplies and amenities at the condo, including beach chairs and coolers; some of the furniture and linens had been updated recently as well. The owner clearly cared about the comfort and quality of our stay!

From booking to our arrival everything was smooth and easy! We got plenty of tips before our trip and had open communication with Laura if we needed anything. Once we got to the rental property we met with a great local office manager who gave us tips about local dining locations and things to do in Maui. The unit was spacious, clean, and very well kept. The amenities made our stay very comfortable and we felt like we had everything we needed.
There was parking right outside the unit, and a short walk across the street from Kamaole Beach III to go swimming and watch sunset/sunrise.
