This home has been recently remodeled and showcases new updates in all bathrooms, newly tiled lower living area and new carpet thru out the upstairs living, and all bedrooms. Detailed planning went into the remodel to make this home an attractive and updated vacation destination.
When entering the house your breath will be taken away by the picturesque Pacific Ocean and swaying palm trees. The house is designed with upstairs master bedroom and bath suite, half bath, living area and kitchen with eat-in dining room. Master bath is spacious and features a jetted tub, oversized shower, dual sink cabinetry. Upstairs living, kitchen and master bedroom have patio doors that open to the spectacular ocean views. Downstairs features two winged concept. It has a central living area, sliding patio door to hot tub and lanai, along with the breathtaking views. The lower level is designed with hallways on either side of living area, with two bedrooms each. One side has king and twin bedrooms, along with laundry room. Second wing accommodates queen, and twin bedrooms. Both king and queen bedrooms have sliders providing the views as well. Twin beds can be made into king bed if needed.
Enjoy eating at home in your dining room or lanai both overlooking the ocean. Grill outside on your Weber gas grill or cook in your kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Teak dining room table seats ten or choose to sit at the granite bar with seating for five. Covered lanai upstairs seats eight comfortably, allowing you to dine either inside or out with gorgeous views.
It is a short walk to shopping, groceries, restaurants, the famous Princeville Hotel one, and playground. House comes fully furnished with linens, beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs and snorkeling gear. Wireless high speed internet access included. 55” SMART HDTV in lower level offers Netflix, Amazon prime video, HULU, TUBI, Apple TV, and Google TV. Upstairs living has 65” curved HDTV provides the same channels except Google TV . The home is equipped with two RING devices. One covers the front driveway and entrance, the second covers the back lawn of the home.

The house is beautiful and in a perfect location. It sits right on the coast with a trail to a hidden beach where you can snorkel.
The house was huge and easily fit 7 of us. There were a ton of beach chairs and it’s about 10-15 minutes from the Hanalei Bay where we do most of our swimming. The owner is very easy to communicate with and responsive.
Some things need to be updated like towels and kitchen appliances.

Awesome views of ocean! Secret beach trail in backyard…. The kids loved it. Quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors! There was a baby albatross under the balcony and a neighbor gave the baby a book of albatross! We loved eating on the balcony with the ocean view…. And watched the sunrise there every morning. We listened to ocean waves as we fell asleep at night.

The 5 bedrooms worked perfect for our group of 10 people. The house is beautiful with a trail down to a beach right off the back yard. Note that the trail is not easy but doable for most people.

Not sure what i can say that hasn't already been said.
The house is perfect. We were greeted by an albatross upon arrival and it was pretty cool. The ocean views are better than the pictures would indicate. The kitchen was well stocked. Awesome little trail to the beach. The owner even called me to make sure everything was cool. Nice guy. I would definitely stay there again.

The gorgeous tropical view was the highlight of this spacious home with amazing sunrises and sunsets! We enjoyed breakfast and dinner on the lanai almost everyday. They have supplied just about anything you’ll need and while the northern location is farther from some of the things we enjoy doing, the beauty was well worth it! There are a few minor repairs needed but overall it was a great place to stay, and Rod is available and easy to communicate with.

It is a beautiful home. There was plenty of room.We enjoyed our stay there. A couple of questions came up and our host responded very quickly.
One thing we learned was that you needed to keep the bedroom doors downstairs open for the air conditioning to work the best.

This place was amazing! We had a great time and the neighborhood was lovely. The only drawback was the air conditioning doesn’t cool the whole house, it is a mini split not central air conditioning, but it certainly does help in the main living areas! There were so many extras for the beach, it helped make our trip that much more enjoyable. The kitchen was also well stocked. We had 3 generations on this trip and this house had ample space for us to space out.

The property has 5 bedrooms and worked out perfectly for a family of 10. The parent/grandparents and two families of four. Each family had their own wing. And the parents/grandparents their own master bedroom. The views from the balcony were very nice and we could watch a beautiful ocean sunrise in the morning when the sky was clear. The kitchen/dining room sits 10 and worked out well for dinners at home. We did not need to use the air conditioner due to the cool ocean winds at night. A few things needed minor repairs. We notified the owner who we understand was going to follow up in those items. We weren’t disappointed and would stay there again.

Beautiful home. Loved the master suite-very comfortable bed, spacious and private. House was laid out well for a large family of adults/couples. Great location and neighborhood. Loved hearing all the birds and the ocean. North shore beaches are a little difficult to get to but beautiful. Need a car a little more than I hoped for due to Princeville location, but not the fault of the house or owner. Only criticism of the house is that the smaller applicants such as blender need to be replaced/updated. Otherwise nice linens/ample towels etc. Thank you for a wonderful vacation and the use of your beautiful home!
