Over the summer of 2020, we completed the remodel of our kitchen and guest bath. The column in the kitchen was removed to open the space. New stainless appliances with quartz countertops and backsplash were installed. In the guest bath, the tub was replaced with a tile shower and river rock floor, new vanity with quartz countertop, towel bars and shelves.

Experience paradise as you sit on your lanai with nothing but sweeping views of the azure waters of Ma'alaea Bay and the Pacific Ocean with the gentle sway of graceful palm trees in the foreground.

Our large, light and bright, beautifully appointed condo is situated on the 4th floor in Menehune Shores, Kihei. It features 3 large bedrooms (2 oceanfront bedrooms with queen beds and 1 bedroom with twin beds facing the imposing Haleakala volcano and the Maui sunrise) and 2 full baths. All linens and towels (bath and beach) are provided. An updated fully equipped kitchen, great room, 2 flat-screen TV's and separated laundry room with full sized washer and dryer -- all the comforts of home are yours as you experience the wonders of this magnificent island. We are directly on the water and generally have sea breezes that cool the condo - we do not have A/C and reduce our rates in the summer.

Amenities include a heated pool with gas grills and picnic tables nearby, waterfront access, shuffleboard court, and free parking (one car during high season). FYI - the pool is closed the week after Labor Day for annual maintenance and the nightly rental rate is reduced accordingly. There is a rooftop garden complete with gas grills and picnic tables which serves as a place to gather with others to enjoy magnificent sunsets and whale watching in the winter. If you are hosting a large gathering, a full kitchen is available to rent for your event. Menehune Shores is a very well maintained building with lush lawns and beautiful tropical plantings.

We engage Tracy Keenan and Jerra Myers as our on-island agents for our rental guests. They are provide cleaning, maintenance, information packet, and pre-rental inspection of the unit to ensure everything is in working order.

We had an absolutely amazing time staying at Menehune Shores! This was our family vacation for the year and included my wife, daughter and two grandparents. We had plenty of room for everyone and everything was well organized. Additional information was provided beforehand as well as in a large 3 ring binder in the condo for info about the property, places to eat and things to do and see. They even provided beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers. The hosts were easy to get a hold of and answered any questions we had right away. A big thank you to the Hopper family for providing a wonderful vacation for my entire family that we will not forget. Thank you, The Smith Family

Absolutely fabulous. This rental was amazing. The property had everything we needed, the location was central to everywhere we wanted to go, the view was breathtaking whatever hour day or night, the sand beach and ocean within steps of the back door, the sound of the ocean musical, and the tranquility and peace so very relaxing.
