Check in was super easy. The kitchen is fully set with plates ,pots, silverware, some seasoning left from previous guest. The pool was very nice. We saw turtles daily. They have binoculars to look out at the water which was very nice. If you like Indian food the restaurant is very good(according to my kids) The one think I missed and was totally my fault is there is no air. At night it does get windy so that cools it off. They have plenty of fans . The view is amazing. The location of this condo is perfect distance from airport and things to do. You should rent a car to enjoy the island. There are beach chairs, cookers and beach toys also. Make sure you enjoy the sunset.

The condo was a great size for our family (3 generations) of 6. First time trip for the granddaughters, and first time trip with all of us together. Very special. Love being on the ocean, even with the wild wind in the afternoon. One of the best features is the screen/blind that blocks the sun in the late afternoon, and helps with the wind as well. Well equipped kitchen. I would definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect condo for our Christmas trip with our four kids! The condo was clean, quiet, and in a great location. Our only complaint would be the pillows. They were so thin! We ended up going and buying a couple cheap ones from target and left them there so the next guests could use them. Everything else was wonderful! The kitchen had everything we needed and the full size washer and dryer was so nice to have when washing beach towels each night. We had plenty of space and loved sleeping with all the windows open listening to the waves. Gail was so quick to respond to any questions I had before our stay. We will definitely stay here again!
The condo was a perfect fit for our needs. It was very clean and comfortable. The check in process was very easy. The owners were very good communicating with us. The views of the sunset were magnificent. It was fun to see the turtles come up to the beach at night. We couldn't have picked a nicer place to stay.
It was plenty of room for all of us, and nicely equipped with beach supplies. Everyone enjoyed the lanui for our morning coffee and watching the sun set. We liked the fact that we had a beach on the property without crossing the road, and not crowded. The pool was our go to spot when the winds came in the afternoon.before going out to dinner.
We loved the condo. The photos are completely accurate and the facilities just as advertised.

The sunsets were stunning. We didn’t find the lack of A/C a problem as it is really windy in the afternoon and we always had a breeze running through the condo
The views from this condo are amazing! We woke up to hearing the waves and and looking out of two of the bedroom window to see the ocean right in front of us. The grounds around the condo are pristine and the management on site make sure everyone feels safe and secure at this location. Gail made sure we had all the information needed to make check in a breeze!
Simply amazing place in Maui! Clean, comfortable and easily accessible to everything in Kihei and Wailea. When we arrived the place was spotless and better than advertised. The view is actually even better than advertised!

Plenty of space, fantastic lication and amazing view. Its right on the water, so the beach was just steps away. It was a fantastic home base for our family for our vacation, and a nice place to relax between all of our beach outtings and excurssions. We look forward to staying again in the future.❤️❤️❤️
Our family had a great weekend at this beautiful spot. The pool and beach were excellent and we enjoyed the sunsets from the lanai and the rooftop grills.
We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. The West family was very responsive and we had no issues. The recently added storm shutters were helpful in limiting the afternoon heating on the lanai. We had 3 adults and 3 teens and we were all comfortable. It is right on the water (love the surf) and near so many options. They even had treats for us when we arrived! Truly a lovely stay...thank you for sharing your home with us.
The views are incredible, the water wonderful with sea turtles sun bathing close to the shore. This condo has everything we could have needed or wanted. The host provided a beautiful array of fresh Hawaiian fruit and nuts, cozy bedrooms, chairs for the beach, etc. They are also communicative and welcoming in every way! We would love to come back here for another stay! We've booked several VRBOs in different places across the U.S. This one is by far the most hospitable and comfortable.

The view is amazing, sitting on the deck watching the ocean and activities was a great way to pass time in between activities. The beaches were nice to walk daily and watch the turtles. The pool was a great place to cool off. The condo and building is very well taken care of and accommodated our family well.
We had an amazing time at this Kihei condo. Was the perfect size for our family of 5. Really appreciated all of the extras…lots of towels, beach towels, beach chairs, coolers. Plenty of ocean breeze coming through the lanai door that we didn’t mind no a/c.
Great location. Close to airport and Wailea. Only about a 40 minute drive to Kaanaapli beaches. Very close to stores and restaurants. Many within walking distance.

Just returned from our stay in Maui and this property was absolutely perfect for our family. The water views were picture perfect. We saw whales and sea turtles almost everyday. The beach was steps away and relatively shallow so any water activities were easy to do. I highly recommend staying for sunset each night if you can because it is like no other view you will see. You feel like you’re at the edge of the world. We will definitely be back!
The ocean view was awesome! Being able to sit on the balacony with full ocean view was the best. The condo complex felt safe and the beach was not busy at all, felt private. We appreciated the condo having a cooler, beach chairs and floaters.
