Welcome. From the moment you enter the gate and are surrounded by the garden and pool you may never want to leave.
Walk inside your home away from home and enjoy. Take in the mountain view from upstairs from Namolokama unobstructed to Bali Hai. At sunset the house lights up and the colors are unbelievable.
Walking up the jatoba hardwood staircase and onto the quarter sawn jatoba floor the upstairs of the house is where the best views are and that is where the kitchen and living area is. Dining is mostly on the outdoor deck where there is a 10' table that seats 10 or more. Inside, the island bar seats 2 and the nook can seat 6 or more. Lots of sitting and lounging area in the living area . If you are wet and need some lunch there is an outdoor spiral stair to get you up to where lunch is served on the covered lanai.

The master bedroom has a king bed with a beautiful pool view walk in shower and mango wood closet double vanity and a t.v if you just want to chill away from it all.
Queen bedroom with 1/2 bath is the other bedroom in the house with its own bathroom although this is only a 1/2 bath the outdoor private shower behind the ipe wood gate is always a favorite for all guests there a queen size bed in this room. There also is a tv so you also can chill there away from it all.
Bedroom three has a queen bed and comfy sitting chair and full length free standing mirror so you can make sure you look your best before heading out.
Last but not least there is #4 which has 2 beautiful twin beds for the kids or overgrown kids who prefer to sleep alone. (please do not move these beds)
If you have more than 8 people there are 2 single foldable futons to put on the floor near the door to the pool.
For these 2 rooms there is another bathroom with double vanities and a slate tiled tub/shower
Soooo much space on the pool deck to hide out from passing showers patio table with 4 chairs 4 chaise lounges make poolside living really easy.

After touring the island you can park your car and walk to Hanalei Bay via the public access located next to the Princeville hotel just a short walk down ka haku road.
For surfers at the end of the path you can paddle out the backdoor channel to surf legendary Hanalei or, ride the bike over to Hideaways. Upon returning put some food on the grill and enjoy the pool and spacious deck and soak up the sun,sunset or the pool or hot tub.

While my wife and I had been to the island 5 time previously this was the first trip to Kauai with family. There were 6 adults, a 5 year old and an almost 2 year old. Jim’s house was the perfect place for us all! It was even better than the pictures! The little girls loved the pool, as did the adults. He saltwater was pristine and refreshingly cool after a warm day out. The outdoor shower was perfect after a swim or soak in the hot tub. We end up eating in a lot of the time because the kitchen and veranda were so spacious and well supplied. Bedrooms and beds we all comfy and well appointed. We particularly enjoyed being able to stream our music to the indoor and outdoor speakers. The only issues we had were a slow drip in the hot water heater which Jim quickly came by to check and the hot tub getting a bit cloudy, and again Jim responded and treated the tub. For such a big house with so many perks the cost as actually pretty reasonable split between three couples. If you have a group from 6-10 this is the place for you! Thanks Jim!

Wonderful house with plenty of space and beautifully appointed. The house has what you need. Located in a subdivision a few minutes from nice restaurants and sights in Princeville and Hanalei. The view from the living area/kitchen/dining areas is magical. Great cooking kitchen. Plenty of supplies to get you started. Owner was immediately responsive to any needs or concerns. Would recommend for stay on North Shore. Thank you for a great week.

Perfect house for our two families. You can stay at the house and enjoy the pool and hot tub, or make a quick trip to dozens of beaches and other local spots. Located in a great, safe neighborhood, often feels like you are alone on the island, very peaceful!
