This is a great place for a getaway for two. It’s an end unit, so very private, but still just a few steps from the pool and hot tub which were so refreshing and relaxing. The condo is very clean and clean. The queen bed is very soft and there is a ceiling fan in the bedroom and living space. We appreciated the use of the beach gear and the well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the beautiful golf course view each morning and waking up to the turkeys outside. We’d definitely stay here again.
Great views over pool and golf course. Enjoyed sitting on patio. No A.C. but comfortable if keep opened up for cross ventilation. Liked community pool (close to condo) over pool available through Country Club. Pool / hot tub were well maintained. Bed was comfortable. Everything we needed in condo. Complex exterior a bit dated, but not unattractive. Interior has some updates. With that said, I would replace the bar stools (not sturdy enough for our tastes) and overall ambience of interior could be freshened up. With that said, the rental was a good value and we enjoyed our stay.
Spacious and clean condo in a beautiful location.It has all you need for a beach fun: lots of snorkel equipment, coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc.
Everything was fine but an old bar of soap was left in the shower. Could have given us a new bar. We bought our own.
Condo rental couldn’t have been better.Cleaner and Better equipped than our Hilton Timeshare property.
Our lodging was the oasis at the end of full days of touring the island. The condo setting provided a habitat for several species of birds. We were awakened by bird song every morning. All in all we had a restful vacation.
We had a great time. The property was laid back and quiet. Pool was literally right off the patio. Highly recommend.
Our stay was fantastic.The condo unit was incredibly clean and fully stocked beyond our expectations.The appliances were modern and easy to use; dishwasher, stove, microwave, smart refrigerator and washer/dryer. There was also all the pool and ocean equipment you needed; beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, snorkeling equip., floaties, boogie boards, etc.We had such a great time, the place was comfortable and cozy. Nice, friendly neighbors. Pool, hot tub and grilling station. We sat right on a 14 hole golf course. There was a fabulous grocery store a couple blocks away and restaurants and shops (ice cream, pizza and coffee) right across the highway. We would rate it an 8 or 9 on a scale of 10. We'd definately go back.
Very dark when we arrived and unit building letters not lit up. No info on location of key box to enter unit. A condo complex map and location of unit was not provided. A bit of anxiety upon arrival at night.Parking pass missing from home book. It was 4 days before we got to the office to get one during the holiday closures.Unit was nice and very comfortable. Location very near the pool area. Lighting is poor in the bedroom.
Loved the place and all the amenities. Especially loved having breakfast with the turkeys who came by most mornings. Lovely place. Only problem we had is my wife slipped in the shower and twisted her knee, so I’d suggest a bath mat for the shower as it was slippery for me to. Great location and easy driving to every thing on the island. Hope to be back soon
The place was super nice and it was great to have the pool and hot tub after a day of exploring. The place was better than the photos and the view was beautiful. The location was nice as well.
I had a lovely time in your condo. The only thing I had trouble with was the entry door. Maybe you should call your cleaning person because I am not sure I got it locked correctly when I left 😫but I certainly would recommend your condo to anyone.

Place was great. Did get a little warm from lack of a/c but overall a wonderful place. Place was well stocked and nicely located. Can not wait to visit again.

We came to teach a rescue diving course. Location was centralized on the island. Food choices close by.
Loved our stay here, great condo and amenities, and really appreciated having access to beach toys and coolers, as well as the fully stocked kitchen. Really hope we can stay here again in the future.
This property was perfect for our stay on the Big Island! Even though my husband and I do not golf, we found this Waikoloa Village setting very pleasant and inviting. Max’s updated one bedroom condo has a beautiful setting with a tranquil view of the golf course and lush grounds. Its location is a great spot for exploring beaches, hikes, and historical sites anywhere on the island. This property is well-equipped with kitchen, bath, beach and patio items. We would definitely rent this gem again!
This condo was very well equipped, they shared ice-chests, beach chairs, towels, umbrella and even snorkel gear. The book had good recommendations for places to go.
It was a nice stay, would stay here again.
The location was in a good location to get to most places on the island. Great Italian restaurant down the road. Beaches near by. Good golf course.
This is a lovely place. Quite spacious for two people, very clean and comfy! Everything was easily accessible with very organized instructions, activity suggestions, etc. the complex was very nice as well with friendly people. We highly recommend this place!

I was in need of quiet time and this condo was just perfect. I could be social if I chose to go to the pool/cabana or just read in my own space. For me, this trip was not about exploring or site seeing (10th stay at this location) and more about regrouping after personal trauma. This place served my needs very well. Mahalo KLou
Property was clean and comfortable and had everything you need. It’s in a great location - close to beaches and Waimea. I bring my own pillow (recommended) and bed is comfortable. We slept well with the windows open due to the cool trade winds. Highly recommend this place!

I did not stay overnight, only daughter and granddaughter. Overall very good. Entry door lock is difficult. Should change it. Instructions for check in were thorough, but came at the last minute. I would recommend this place, book it again for relatives, friends.
Max, your place is always set up great. Great location for traveling the Island. Best Sunsets every night and Golf there is great. Only downside..Buy some new bed pillows Please! Love will stay again this was our 3rd or 4th time
