We loved the location of the condo. Just steps away from Kam 2 and lots of easy parking. The condo had great beach chairs, coolers, and an umbrella which is always nice.
We had a wonderful stay at Susan’s condo! The place was immaculate when we arrived and had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The bed and pull-out couch were both very comfortable, with plenty of extra pillows and soft linens provided. We loved starting our mornings, walking barefoot to the beach across the street for morning swims and on the lanai with its beautiful ocean view - it was such a peaceful spot.Communication with Susan was excellent - she was kind, responsive, and quick to reply to any questions.Overall, our stay was fantastic, and we would absolutely stay here again on future trips to Maui. Highly recommend!

Breakfast on the lanai every morning was spectacular watching/ hearing the waves. Beach is across the road, just wear flip flops cause afternoon that baby is hot! Numerous places to eat within walking distance (a must for lunch is 808 deli…). Place comes with beach chairs/ umbrella, utensils, blender etc which is nice . All reviews have to have something negative, for us it was some of the bath towels were dirty (looked like make up? Not sure…just needed to be bleached). Overall would stay again!
Was an excellent choice for us as we visited in March so it wasn’t real hot yet. If you visit in summer this condo has a wall unit A/C and fans. It was fine for us as the temp wasn’t that hot yet but in the middle of summer I don’t think the A/C would be enough. It has everything you need as we made breakfast everyday. Pack lightly as there are no elevators and you’re on the 2nd floor. But it’s clean and cozy. I’d stay here again-you’re right in the middle of town!
We enjoyed our visit and stay at this unit. The place is literally a few hundred feet from the ocean. We could hear the ocean waves at night. The condominium was clean and had a nice island decor feel to it. We would recommend this place to someone else.

We had a lovely stay. It was perfect for our needs. The location is excellent. We snorkeled at Kamaole Beach II right across the street and saw lots of fish and sea turtles. There are many walkable places to eat, get coffee, shave ice, shopping, etc. We never had trouble getting a good parking spot. The A/C was much more needed that i thought it would be, so be sure you get a place with A/C. I would absolutely stay here again, but would bring my own pillow. The ones here are very full or very flat, but I'm picky about my pillows so I won't hold it against them. Just letting you know so you can plan accordingly. Thank you so much for sharing you little piece of paradise with us! Can't wait to come back!!
Perfect location, everything needed was within walking distance. Accessories for beach fun all on the deck. A true home away from home. Only 1 thing which i wish we would of had was a washer/dryer in unit, but there is laundry facil

We had an amazing stay at this rental. The views from the lanai were incredible, steps away from tasty food, beautiful beach and a great place to start a morning run from. The unit was very cozy and had everything we needed. Susan was an amazing host and helped us to modify our dates when our flight to Maui was canceled due to a storm. Would recommend to anyone!

My wife and I brought our daughter for a senior trip. We loved the property right across the street from the beach. Shopping was close, traveling to activities was easy, and the host makes it feel like home. If we needed something, a cooler, Ziploc bags, snorkel gear, whatever else you can think of, there is a pretty good chance it was available on the property.

Should have a welcome basket with treats & water. Price of rental really ads up with cleaning fee & what's a host fee? Should have a binder outlining area - restsurants, actitivies, etc.
This property was absolutely perfect for our vacation. It was incredibly clean and had a great amount of space for us (2 adults and 1 child). The kitchen was very helpful and it was close proximity to a grocery store.
Aside from the outstanding cleanliness, the best part about this place was how close it was to the beach. We walked across the street (with a very safe crosswalk on a slow road) to the beach multiple times over the 3 days. It was also a short drive to other great beaches in Kihei and Wailea.
We would absolutely stay here again when we return to Maui.

Location, location, location.
This unit is perfectly situated right across the street from Kam II. Walkable to many beaches, restaurants and convenient stores. Being in Kihei puts you in the perfect position to visit all parts of the island.
The lanai had wonderful views of the beach, ocean, Kaho'olawe and Molokini Crater. We ate ever meal that wasn’t at a restaurant on the lanai enjoying the views. Also, the unit has an added bonus of being on the second floor, increasing both your view and privacy.
The unit itself was very functional. A good sized bedroom with a large comfortable bed and tv. We took advantage of the pack n play provided.
The bathroom was off the hallway. Very useful if you have a napping little one in the bedroom. Small shampoos, conditioners and body washes are provided. Hair dryer provided though anemic.
A big pantry includes every odd n end item you could think of. Plenty of bath towels, beach towels, extra sheets and pillow cases, kitchen towels.
Kitchen has a full sized fridge, dishwasher, stove top, oven and microwave. We ate in almost every breakfast and a few lunches/dinner. The kitchen had ever item we needed! Toddler booster seat provided, which made a HUGE difference for us.
The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive. The complex itself was a good mix of permanent residence, long term rentals and short term rentals. We did not take advantage of the pool, so I cannot speak to it.
We had a wonderful stay here. The condo has everything you need for a great time in Maui, including an ocean view! Loved having breakfast on the lanai while watching whales spout in the distance. The communication was top notch.
It is a lively location, on the main road next to lots of shopping and restaurants. It’s not for those that want quiet and seclusion. The unit has a full kitchen and bath. There is a/c, but the breeze and ceiling fans kept it comfortable in the spring. It is a little tight for 4 adults, but we were in Maui, don’t want to complain too much. Great for a young family of 4 or 2-3 adults. Love that there was free parking, a pool, and paid laundry available. If you’re looking to stay in Kihei, highly recommend this place. We would definitely book here again.
This property is perfectly located, both on the island and within the complex. The photos clean, comfortable, well-appointed, quiet and just steps from Kamaole beach - a fairly wide sand beach with calm surf, lifeguards and good vantage points for spectacular sunsets. Some may opt for the high priced resorts in Wailea or elsewhere on the island as we also have in the past, but we much preferred staying here … which is actually fewer steps to the water, less fuss, and has a kitchen, sitting area and the highlight for us - the large lanai with a good ocean view. The host is kind, communicative, very thoughtful in having anticipated and provided for just about anything a guest may need, and really embodies the spirit of aloha. Looking forward to being back soon!
This property was a perfect place for us to stay. We loved that it was right across the street from the beach and we could sit on the lanai and watch the whales!
The king size bed was very comfortable, and we enjoyed watching the sunset from the popular “wall” across the street. A lot of food places are walkable. Susan answered all my text with questions I had. Would definitely stay here again
