We had an amazing stay on the big island. The house had ample space and the amenities that come with the house at a fee like access to the two resorts was phenomenal. There is a wagon and boogie boards in the garage which is so helpful! I would recommend this house without reservation and would love to stay here again!
Spacious and beautiful home. Hosts were kind, helpful and attentive to all our needs. Communication was prompt. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. We hope to be back next year.
The home was very clean and the property managers were very accommodating. The house had a few opportunities as there was some construction happening that blocked the view as well as a few kitchen necessities were missing. Overall, it was a great home, beautiful and would go back again.
This place was large, exceptionally clean, with immaculate gardens but the best bonus was the amount of supplies the owner left for our use, enough to easily last our 10 days in this lovey home. (Kitchen supplies for cooking and storage, house supplies such as toilet paper, soap and shampoo, Beach supplies such as towels and chairs) Our family enjoyed the large pool, the easy walk to 2 beautiful beaches and also loved using the small golf course that is within the gated community, free use with the rental and only a 4 minute walk.
This is the second annual trip here for our family and it's the perfect location for easy access to Mauna Kea beach and restaurants, while at the same time giving us privacy to relax at home and enjoy the pool. The house has everything we need, it's clean. the managers are quick to communicate, and it's a quiet neighborhood. We'll be back next year!
Home and location are great. They disclosed there was construction next door and that the house was in the finish stag. Not the case heavy and loud construction that starts at 7am. The house will not be complete for at least another year.
Gourmet kitchen is perfect for preparing fresh meals. Roomy with good section of needed items. High end appliances in perfect working order. 4 spacious bedrooms. The two masters are an oasis to rest and relax. Most of all the private pool and hot tub with spacious seating, high end grill, and extra seating made outdoor living spectacular. Warm afternoons reading on the lawn chairs. evening playing yard games and cards. It was a family vacation with four adult couples. Beach access, club access, golf in the morning...all perfect activities and additions. Highly recommended!
We loved this townhome! It was spacious, private, and incredibly relaxing. The manager was responsive and helpful the few times we reached out. The location was excellent, with both the Hapuna and MKBH within easy walking distance. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We look forward to returning next summer!
My family and I stayed here in July 2021 and we had a wonderful time. We stayed with another family and altogether we had 4 adults and 4 boys ranging in age from 4 - 6 yrs old. The layout of the house is ideal for 2 families as there are two primary suites. The location near both the Hapuna Westin and the Mauna Kea made this a perfect location as we had our own space and private pool but access to the resort amenities (for an additional fee). The property manager was very responsive and easy to work with. The property in front of us was under construction during our stay so the ground floor ocean view was blocked and the golf carts were not available so that is why I gave 4 stars for accuracy of listing. That being said, the property manager and owner worked with us to find solutions so overall we were very pleased and I highly recommend this property for a dream vacation.
Great property for families. We had 6 adults and two 3 year olds and had plenty of room. The outdoor pool was a playground for the 3 year olds and we were in it daily. The Mauna Kea and Hapuna Beach resorts are within walking distance. The kitchen is well equipped. The outdoor bbq center works well for groups of all sizes. The tiki touches add a special Hawaiian touch to the evenings. Loved it!
