It was great. We loved everyone and everything about Polynesian Shores. Our room was great and grounds were beautiful. Location perfect for us. Loved the meticulous detail to keeping barbecue area spotless and the pool clean. The orchids and other greens, flowers were amazing.We did have a couple dead cockroaches in our room but at least they were dead!!!!

We have stayed at Polynesian Shores over 15 times. Lovely place. This time was also nice. The only thing I noticed on this stay was the office seemed a little sterile and not as "Aloha" with suggestions and brochures/cards. I stopped in on the first day and just felt no need to return.

We really enjoyed staying here. The property is incredible and the view can’t be beat. The only remarks we have are the beds needs to be updated and they seemed to have a lot of problems with the hot tub. 3 out of the 7 days we were there the hot tub was out of service for most of the day. When i asked the office if it was broken or they were just fixing chemicals the response was “i don’t know, it’s blocked off isn’t it?” So not very helpful. Otherwise the trip was incredible. Sea turtles right next to the condos in the water. We definitely plan on returning.
My grandkids and I loved our stay here! The condo was fully equipped with everything we needed. What a view from our lanai! In the evening we enjoyed hanging out on the front lawn and taking a dip in the pool. We will definitely return! My favorite place to stay so far! Mahalo!

My wife, and I have spent a month at Polynesian Shores in the last two years, and absolutely love it. We will be returning next January for nearly three weeks. If you need a beach where you stay, then this is not your place. The property is beautiful, and there are no crowds.

Grounds were lovely. Kitchen well-equipped. Bed was comfortable. We stayed in 105 and it was clean with extra bedding for the pull out sofa in the bedroom. All our neighbors were very friendly. We loved the hot tub almost every evening (except one evening it was not hot so we could not use it). We had an assigned parking spot, there was a deck box with extra beach things (probably left behind by prior guests but there were 4 beach chairs and a small ice chest which came in handy. There were only 2 beach towels provided which is fine if only two people are staying, but we had 4 in the condo so 4 beach towels would have been more convenient. The kitchen had a blender, toaster, coffee maker, and some Tupperware for left overs which was convenient. There was a salt and pepper shaker but no other kitchen staples such as oil or seasonings. Pans were in nice condition. Contact-less check in and check out were very convenient. We would stay here again. We stayed 8 nights, I was expecting a towel and linen re-fresh mid-week because I thought I read that in the promotional materials and we were staying longer than a week, but that did not happen, but overall, just lovely.
