Lovely home and perfect for a family.
This is a nice property. Everything was in good working order. I was looking for something that had some separation since we were traveling with a grandma and uncle. The easy staircase and upstairs master suite with balcony fit the bill. I also liked the downstairs patio with grill and proximity to a quiet saltwater pool and hot tub. There were plenty of beach supplies. The Beach Club was the best bonus of all. Lovely spot. We also liked the grocery store right down the street. You can also walk to the Fairmont Hotel somewhat easily along the road. The bikes are nice but frames are for taller people. No ocean views but nice green space and views of glowing sky. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner since the ones supplied don't last long. Good management company. We luckily didn't have any reason to call on them but we knew they were readily available. Thanks for a great stay!
Great location! Close walk to the beach and steps away from the pool which was super convenient with a little one. The only thing I would say is if you plan to sleep your little one in the master bedroom there’s no door to the bathroom so you won’t be able to use the washroom without lighting up the entire space. We made do, but just notes for any family with small children travelling.
Great property that has nearby pool and private beach access. Plenty of equipment for the beach in garage. Would book again.

This was a perfect spot for my partner and me and our two young kids. The unit had everything we needed and was very clean, cute, and comfortable, and we appreciated the good wifi when we had to hop on a work call or queue up a movie for the kids at night. Great proximity to beaches, and the pool being right outside our backdoor was amazing! Also having a working A/C was GREAT for us warm weather wimps. Communication before and during our stay was fantastic. No complaints. We had a great vacation, can’t wait to cone back!
The check in process was very easy with no need to pick up keys. All of the codes worked so the arrival went smoothly. On first glance the townhouse seemed clean but as we settled in we noticed a few items. The sink in the downstairs bathroom had a serious drip (maintenance was notified). There was a distinct odor coming from the dishwasher and when we inspected it appeared the filter had not been cleaned in years (it was gross). We notified housekeeping who told us it was supposed to be part of the checklist. The washer also smelled musty. The windows throughout the property needed cleaning as well. We enjoyed using the access to the Mauna Lani Beach club and use of the bikes.
We wish we had known there was no view at this condo and that there were stairs to the bedroom. The small mosquitoes on the first floor ate me alive. Every time I came to the Mauna Lani Beach club, the shorelooks more tired and over used. I’m referring to the sand and shade for sitting on the beach. The Queen’s shopping area has desperately gone downhill. We stayed here because it was closer to the town of Harvey than near Kailua.
Bright , clean, up to date, and very spacious. Kitchen was well equipped with all the appliances needed. We appreciated the welcome provided by having lights on and music playing when we arrived late at night. The location is ideal - quiet but close to gorgeous beaches.
Nice and comfortable town house style condo. Had everything we needed for a few days of swimming and reading by the beach. Visited in late September and there were hardly any other folks on the property. The beach club is really lovely with convenient access and shaded parking. Only complaint is that the road was being resealed during our visit so there were lots of trucks and loud noises for a day, no real issue.
Our famlit had a wonderful stay and really appreciated the well furnished home, pool, location, and private beach access. Would highly recommend!
Great location to access all island adventures, grocery shopping and dining out. The Mauna Lani Beach Club access is a huge plus as the beach and snorkeling are great and super convenient. House had all we could want and the kitchen was well appointed. We had minor electrical issues that was addressed quickly and effectively by property management. We would stay again!
Fairways in Mauna Lani is beautiful, great beach and walking neighborhood. Our condo was very comfortable. We’ll be back.
Not clean and not worth the price
My family really enjoyed this property. The condo was quiet, comfortable, and well equipped. I especially liked the beach club pass. I would consider staying here again.
