Exactly as promised. It had everything we needed and was a great place to call home for 10 days. Breakfast every morning over looking the west mountains from the lenai. Close to beaches, shopping and food. Had everything we needed. Definitely would come back.
Kihei is a great place to stay. We could see the whales out of our window! Beautiful view of the ocean. Close walk to town to shop and eat! Really enjoyed our stay. Very close to the pool and Jacuzzi.
Beautiful property and location. The views are stunning. The condo is nicely furnished and very clean. The beds are very comfortable and the pillows are good quality. Enjoying breakfast on the lanai while the sun rose was a dream.This was our second time staying at this community and both condos have been wonderful. We liked in particular how close this condo is to the prettier pool in the community (has a waterfall). We also loved being within walking distance to a great toddler beach, great restaurants, shops, the resort area, and massage businesses etc. We have also stayed in Wailuku and Kaanapali in the past, and we find this condo to be the most ideal location.We have a 2 year old and 5 year old, and they did great in this unit. The stairs are a little steep, however they are carpeted. We had a couple issues with the baby gate, but contacted the really kind property manager Tatiana (sp?) and she helped us within the hour. The condo did not have the as much of the personal amenities we are used to from personal home rentals, like condiments, spices, a welcome basket, sunscreen (left behind by other guests etc), however it did have beach equipment, toys, board games and bath soap/conditioner/lotion.Mahalo!!! We love Maui!!!
We had a great time staying at the condo for a family vacation. Our 3 and 5 year olds enjoyed easy walk to the beach in the morning and swimming in one of the two pools on site. Condo was very clean and well stocked with everything you need for a care free vacation from towels and beach umbrellas to all sorts of good quality kitchenware. Due to a great condo location facing Maalae Bay we didn’t even need to use AC, nice breeze from the ocean did a great job. Would definitely come and stay again!

This is our 4th stay at Maui Kamaole, we love the area, the property and the units, and especially the garden pool. This unit was the first time we stayed on the second floor. The view of the ocean was outstanding. Love that we could hear the waves. The unit was very comfortable, clean, and well stocked. Communication with the owner was easy and fast. We would definitely stay again.
We Ioved the condo! Two bedrooms, two bathroom, it was 4 of us( two couples)- was perfect. Living room and kitchen was very nicely organised and we had everything we needed to cook and to have proper meals. View was gorgeous, second floor facing ocean. AC helped a lot, we were using it pretty often.

Great condo/great location. South part of Kihei and essentially part of Wailea. Clean unit. Can’t beat the million dollar sunset views each night. Perfect for our stay on Maui and we definitely recommend! Thanks David!

This unit has an amazing view of the ocean from the main Lani. Can’t stress that enough. The unit itself is as good as you are going to get in this price range. Sure, a few updates could be done, but there isn’t a thing wrong with it. It is comfortable and clean.

We had an amazing visit to Maui. View of the ocean is incredible and sets it apart from other condos. This one was well stocked for the beach (beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler, towels) and the kitchen. Great location, good communication, easy check in. We'll be back!

After arriving and unpacking we felt like we were at home. The location is perfect on the island. I would recommend anyone wanting to stay in Kihei to stay here and have the best time of their life. Terrific property. Complete with beach chairs, boogie boards, plenty of towels and well supplied kitchen. Beautiful view. Nice pool very close by. The beach is a short walk away. Excellent
I've been going to Maui for 30 years and often reserve properties for my families and others accompanying us. There's a lot of pressure with that but in the case of this property it was an absolute pleasure to reserve and visit. Immediately after getting on our flight we learned that our connecting flight was cancelled. When I contacted the owner to inform him of our delayed arrival he was understanding, gracious, and genuinely concerned. That's all too unusual anymore. When we arrived the unit was exactly as advertised, something that isn't always the case. This is a great resort property in general in a great location a bit outside of the most congested part of Kihei as well but with excellent beach and road access. In short, when I make plans to return next year it's great to know that if I can reserve this unit again it'll be one less thing to worry about and they stay will be great.

Very nice experience. Easy checking in and out. Good app and info for complex. Good options available for help whether from owner or complex management. Easy to get to and off the main road enough that it is quiet. View is great. Must be ok and ready for the open loft/bed room. Sound travels up and down very easily with everyone in the unit. Overall nice experience and would recommend.
I found this spot after hours of searching with my sister. I liked that it had a view of the ocean, 2 pools, and enough room for my sister, my friend, and myself (2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms).
I reached out to David ahead of time to get early check in and he requested that for me- eventually we were able to secure that. We were provided all the information we needed for check in ahead time and I liked that there were no keys, having a code for us all to access the unit made it easy.
The space was cute and clean and a great location close to beaches and shopping. And sunsets every night. The staff was helpful and reached out to check in on us as did David to see if we needed anything.
We had to buy little things like coffee, tea, dish soap, butter, shampoo, etc and it could use more cozy throw blankets, but those are all more personal preference so I totally get that.
It was also stocked with beach towels, which was very helpful.
I'm so glad I found this gem, now I have somewhere I trust for the next trip!
We enjoyed the views from all patio spaces. We love the location of almost being in Wailea. The kids enjoy the pool after beach time. We walked to sunset every night at a great beach.
We really enjoyed our stay at this condo & had a great experience during booking, before arrival and during our stay. The condo was immaculate, spacious, just as pictured and part of a beautiful complex with views of the West Maui mountains, ocean and Haleakala. Wow! We were within walking distance to restaurants and shopping and close driving distance to some of the best beaches on the island as well as nice grocery stores. David was very responsive to any questions we had and we were especially pleased that the condo had beach towels, beach chairs, snorkel gear and a beach umbrella available for use. That saved us from packing towels and the expense of renting the other. A great perk! The condo complex also had multiple pools that were free to use as well as designated parking for each unit and grills for cooking. The landscaping was immaculate and the grounds were beautiful. We would definitely return to the property and unit again.
We have stayed at Maui Kamaole a couple times before and keep coming back because of the excellent location, beautiful grounds and peaceful environment. Our host, David, was excellent and checked in with us upon arrival and departure to make sure we had everything we needed. The condo was cozy while still being spacious for me and my husband and two daughters. We were so appreciative of all the beach gear that was there. The pool was literally a thirty second walk and came in handy when my girls needed a break from the larger afternoon waves. I am a light sleeper and one of many reasons I booked this place is because you don't hear anything on either side of the walls. A place to rest and rejuvenate. Thank you, David, for sharing your place with us. It was just what we were hoping for.
