Penthouse 309 is a uniquely designed 3-bedroom, 3-bath private vacation home. The enclosed den is complete with a sofa bed, making this Penthouse suite ideal for larger families or groups of friends traveling together. Ocean views can be enjoyed from the great room, private lanai and master suite.  Furnished and decorated with original art and tasteful imported artifacts including a life-size shadow box showcasing a traditional grass and ornately beaded hula skirt which legend suggests was worn in an authentic Polynesian fertility dance, and then brought back to the US by a pre-WWII sailor stationed at Pearl Harbor for his betrothed in 1938.  Other rarities include a collection of 1950's Hula dolls, authentic Hawaiian maps from 1898 and several vintage ukuleles including a 1940's Duke Kahanamoku pineapple-style ukulele. The living area features an open, gourmet kitchen with a large island equipped with breakfast counter for casual dining.  Open to the formal dining area and living room with elevated views across the pool area, this fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing anything from a simple meal to a holiday feast.  We can even arrange for a private Chef to handle all your meals, prepare a dinner for a special occasion or even provide a personal cooking class or two.Large, intricately-carved doors imported from Bali add an exotic element to the dining area.  When it’s time to relax, curl up on the large, comfortable furniture in the living room or perhaps spend the afternoon lounging on the lanai, caressed by swaying palms.  The master suite sits just off the living area with private access to the ocean view lanai.  This elegant, private retreat with lavish bathroom includes a deep-soaker tub, glass shower, dual sink vanity and private water closet.The second bedroom is tucked behind the kitchen with its own personal full bathroom.  A third bedroom with two twin beds that can be converted to a king-size bed is located to the right of the entry hall.  A semi-private bathroom with tub/shower combination is accessed just outside this bedroom.The den has been completely enclosed to create a fourth bedroom. This bedroom features a queen-size bed and writing desk.

Amazing place in a great location. We came from Montage Kapalua and were worried that would be a tough act to follow. Not a problem because WBV was top-notch. The pools, beach, access to stores and restaurants nearby. Easily top 2-3 rentals out of 20+ as a family. Plus Wailea weather is very hard to beat.

Fantastic and spacious condo with ocean views in beautiful Wailea. Great access to beach with very helpful staff to set up lounge chairs/umbrellas. Grounds are well kept and inviting. Ample parking. Nice workout room and Games room (ping pong, pool, shuffleboard by reservation). No on site food/drink amenities but plenty nearby.

We recently stayed at Penthouse 309 in Wailea. The unit is beautifully decorated and has an amazing view from the deck. The villa is spacious and easily handled the needs of our family. On arrival, we were escorted to our unit while our luggage was delivered to the villa. The staff was friendly and courteous, from the folks that serviced the unit each day to those that provided help at the pool. The grounds were breathtaking. The shopping area just behind the villas offered good restaurants, shopping, and a grocery store. I would highly recommend the Wailea Beach Villas and would definitely return in the future.
