Great location, wrap around Lanai was wonderful!
What a wonderful experience in this condo. Stunning view and nice large living areas. I will be back! More communication needed between property manager and owner. In our experience we arrived and our unit had not been cleaned and PM was unaware we were arriving. We arrived at 8pm. Kudos to the owner Mike because as soon as I contacted him he had the issue of cleaning taken care of immediately. Once that was done the rest of our stay was amazing
Excellent ocean view. Convenient to many snorkeling sights. Sand bags on beach a little disappointing but still great for snorkeling and turtle watching.

great condo on the water with the waves sending you to sleep every night. Unit was a great one with wrap around lani so you have a view of the ocean and the pool. High enough to watch the turtles every day in the water and see a few whales and dolphins. Thanks for a great stay
Aloha!!! We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in this awesome condo. The views of the ocean were magnificent. We cancelled a couple of activities so we could just relax and enjoy our peaceful condo. If you visit Maui we highly recommend visiting the Pineapple Farm (near the airport). The complimentary pineapples were the best and juciest pineapple we've ever eaten!!! Mahalo ... Michael!!!
Outstanding views from wrap around lanai. Unit was relatively clean but could use a deep cleaning. Location was the tops and easy to get to beaches and restaurants. Owner provided small amenities and previous renters left shampoos and sunscreens. We loved our stay and would recommend this unit.
Amazing place-relaxing, beautiful and comfortable. Loved seeing so many whales and turtles while lounging on the wraparound deck. Went to bed every night and woke up to the sound of waves hitting the rocks below. Spent a lot of time at the pool and nearby beach. Plenty of room for our family of 5.
Common spaces at the property are well-maintained and were not crowded. Grills are new and in excellent condition. Pool is cleaned thoroughly every morning. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful.
Would love to stay here again.

Very sound proof and relaxing, could need a bit of updating.
Check-in process was easy and location was excellent. However the furniture and fixtures and mattresses were dated. It was stated that the unit had a new A/C but the thermostats indicated over 80 degrees when we checked-in at 4PM. By 10PM it was still at 76-78 degrees. The bedroom ceiling fans helped but was not enough that we even had to add a desk fan. 2 of the 3 tower/floor fans provided did not work.
Easy check in and out. Condo was comfy and had good beach gear. Great views from the living room & lanai. Good location, with a few restaurants within walking distance. Pool was the perfect temperature.
We enjoyed our stay. The only issues were that the AC broke down several times, and one night we went to sleep sweating with 81+ temp inside. The AC is a community AC, and won't cool to below 76. The WiFi also sometimes cuts out. It looks like that was a building issue as well. The washing machine smelled like mold, and we reported it. Someone came to sanitize it, but it still smelled of mold afterward. But, fortunately, our clothing still smelled okay after washing. The last issue is that the master bathroom appears to be breeding fruit flies. I killed a dozen in that bathroom. I think they are aware of the issue, as there were fruit fly sticky pads in that room. Otherwise, it's a very nice unit. The complex is aging, but nice. It does appear that they try to keep it up. The condo itself has great views. The wrap around balcony is very nice. The double bedroom is great too. We slept only 3 there and it was very comfortable.
Overall a great stay. There were AC issues but I still gave 5 stars. The unit was amazingly stocked. Communication was always extremely quick. You can't beat the views and the coffee and water available downstairs were a bonus. Four 50 something year old women had a great time!!
We stayed here with our three teen boys and we all had a fantastic time. Mike provided great advice and instructions. The condo was well equipped and had beautiful views - morning coffee on the balcony watching the sea turtles was relaxing. We could access the beach from a small walkway beside the pool. We stopped at Costco on the way down - the Royal Kahana has 5 large bbqs out back and we used them ! The Beach House, Dollie’s Pub (pizza) and China Boat are all great places within walking distance to eat. Hot complimentary coffee was served downstairs every morning. All staff were very pleasant. The condo has snorkel gear and beach chairs and towels, and after time at the beach, we were in the pool before heading back up to our room. We’d definitely stay here again. This condo was amazing! The view from the wraparound lanai is jaw dropping. We saw great sunsets and turtles on the beach, and you can hear the peaceful sound of the waves since you’re right on the beach. Plus, the condo is so spacious we had room to spread out. With a trip to Costco it had everything we needed to make some meals there.
I wasn’t familiar with the location but we were so glad we chose Kahana. Not as isolated as and more walkable than Wailea, and close enough to everything without being crowded. Beautiful homes all around particularly to the north. Check in was a breeze.

We had a wonderful stay. The view from the lanai is gorgeous and the place is very clean and well stocked. We enjoyed the pool and being so close to the ocean. We would love to come back here.
This was our second visit to the property. We throughly enjoyed our stay. It was extremely clean, well stocked, and the lanai is amazing! We hope to be back again soon!

The most spectacular view in all of Maui. Condo is very good but could use some updating (living room furniture).
Refrigerator door swings the wrong way(very easy to fix).
We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The view off the lanai was spectacular. The whale activity was exceptional. We saw lots of breach’s and calves with their mothers. The time by the pool was very relaxing and gave us as a family lots of interaction time. We enjoyed our walks in the morning, and the activities we went to were a short distance. We created some lifetime memories together as a family. Thank you very much Mike for letting us be able to stay in your condo. It was very comfortable and clean. Jennifer did a outstanding job on all of our needs at the condo. She deserves lots of accolades.
This condo was on the 7th floor, which provided great views of the ocean. We had 5 adults and very spacious for everyone to sit around.
This place was perfect for our family of 5! It was plenty spacious for my husband and myself and our 17,16 and 15 year old.
We began every morning sitting on the Lanai watching the whales breach in the distance and the sea turtles play below. The condo was stocked with everything we needed - both for the outdoors and inside. Most places where we have stayed before are very stingy on items in the house (ie: paper towels, shampoo, dish soap, laundry detergent, etc. but Mike was very generous with everything left in their place. They had snorkel gear for all sizes, beach chairs, boogie boards. coolers, sand toys, etc. The location was perfect - close to all the good beaches and snorkeling spots, but not in the middle of all the hustle and bustle. Mike was super easy to work with and very accommodating. I definitely recommend this place to anyone and we will definitely be booking again in the future!
This place was incredible to stay at. Snorkel gear, beach chairs, coffee, seasonings for food..the view is the most breathtaking. As soon as walking in we had already spotted several turtles out on the reef. Grilled dinners almost every night. An incredible, unforgettable vacation with family. Thank you to Mike and Maria.
