Great location as we didn't want to get a rental car, nicely equipped, it is convenient to restaurants and breweries, a short uber to major stores and airport. This place is 2 minor upgrades from being PERFECT! I did get a little warm in the living room so an AC in the living room and remove the tree (as pretty as it is) it blocks an incredible view from the sofa.
The property is just as described. The air conditioning unit was extremely noisy and inconsistent on its noises making it hard to sleep with it on. Other than that we love staying at the place.
Amazing stay. Great location, condo has stunning upgrades. Views are the best and bed was comfortable.

Great centralized location in Wailua right on the ocean. Beach next door, plenty of restaurants and shops nearby walking distance. We rented bikes for the week with excellent scenic riding in both directions with the 5 mile bike path nearby.The unit itself is beautifully newly renovated with much of the local monkeypod woodwork personally crafted and installed by the owner, Luke. Luke also pulled through for us giving us an additional night (when there were virtually no rooms available on the island) when we could not fly out due to the tsunami evacuation. Great stay at Luke's place!!
The property,views and newly renovated room were incredible. So peaceful and had everything we needed. We were quite disappointed that there was only a bedroom ac. My husband only asks for one thing when we travel and that is for an ac. The trade winds did not keep the unit cool during the month of July. We found Kauai to be muggier this time which might have been part of the problem. If it were in November or December when the temp is a few degrees lower it most likely would have been perfect. We are not marking it off our list but will for sure keep in mind that it only has bedroom ac.
Amazing view and unit was fully stocked with necessities just stop my any market to stock up on food and your are good. Short drive to a kid safe beach and 15 min walk to food and Restaurants.
This place is an absolute gem! It's perfectly located right on the water and I absolutely loved the upgrades throughout the entire unit. My only knock on it is that there's a tree that's obstructing the entire view of the ocean but it's still a fantastic view! I would recommend staying here!
Property was well kept. Unit itself is nice and updated just as the listing describes. It had everything we needed as well as they have beach chairs, snorkeling gear, umbrella, and boogie board. Right on the ocean. Unit was away from the highway which made it so we had no road noise. Would definitely stay in this unit again. Has ac in the bedroom but not the main area. Description states that but the main area definitely gets warm on a nice summer day. Overall awesome unit and stay. Thank you! Picture is view from the unit.
My husband and I stayed in this property for about 10 days, for a much needed vacation and birthday celebration. The unit was absolutely perfect. Gorgeous finishes, fantastic location and we could hear the waves crash as we drifted to sleep. We will absolutely be back, and will recommend this spot to our friends and family! We loved the ocean view from our lanai! Loved the new look of the renovation. Easy check-in, private and secluded. Loved it!
Our stay was perfect! We had great views, easy access to the beach (there was a path to the beach pretty close to the location) and the condo was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for the hospitality, Luke!

Excellent property with professionally done upgrades. This was a great location for exploring the southern and eastern parts of the island. The ocean is right there and we loved keeping the patio screen open for the wonderful ocean sounds. I would definitely return.
We had to switch twice due to our condo not ready with a day before call from property manager, second unit had a terrible time getting TV working due to remote not able to read the control paint worned out. took three days to get TV working. No instructions on both units of where trash &
and recycle area is. Units were musty smelling. will not recommand. Price too high for what you get !!!
We love the location of the property and the view from the lanai!! The property is quiet and private. Love having the A/C unit in the bedroom and use of an in-unit washer dryer. These are the positives of the unit.
Things to take note of: The refrigerator didn’t cool any of our drinks until we tinkered around it. We couldn’t figure out how to watch cable tv, the instructions were complex and we didn’t want to waste time messing with it. The unit REALLY need to be updated. For the price paid, we did not expect kitchen flooring to be taped down with packing tape, floor tiles coming loose in the bathroom, toilet seat is loose and keeps sliding around, no starter toiletries, no plug ins on one side of the bed, musty smell in the bedroom probably from the old carpet. All these are cosmetic fixes that can and should be done considering the amount we pay for it.
Aside from that, we had a blast exploring the entire island, enjoying the culture and the people! Be sure to visit Passion Bakery which is a simple walk right outside the property entrance drive, they have great fresh pastries, love the banana bread and don’t miss out on the matcha smoothie!! Lots of restaurants close by too! We love the Garden Isle!
Fair condo at best…floor was chipping…cut hazard
Cupboards did not shut…deadbolt on front door didn’t work…bathroom door did not unlock…safety concern
Slider doors don’t lock or really even shut level at all…
Some dishes were dirty in the cupboards…gross
Couch old enough it had a blanket over it….
View was great though…
Place needs work. Owner says he's going to fix flooring. Nice location.
I am disappointed that the condo needs repair, paint, and replacement of the old, cracked linoleum flooring in the kitchen and hallway, which my wife tripped over and fell. The living room and bedroom carpet is old, dirty, and needs replacement. The carpet retains a horrible musty smell if the breeze does not flow throughout the condo.
The bathroom had minor drywall repairs but no sanding or paint. If the condo was painted, floor coverings were replaced, and the location was updated, that would be great. The majority of our time was on the balcony.
We are pleased that most of our vacation was in Princeville at a fabulous condo at The Cliffs.

Amazing view from the balcony! Condo was comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. Good location - short walk to Napali Brewing Co, Passion Bakery Cafe and Filo's Kauai (great fish tacos).
After a very rough check in experience the stay was enjoyable. Host did not share the key with us so we had to rent out another hotel until host responded. Kitchen utensils and house amenities are basic but proximity to the activities, bay and ocean views from the balcony are amazing!

Other areas of the kitchen tile were peeling up. My partner got a bloody toe from stubbing her toe on peeled up tile. Shame on the management company for not fixing this.
You would not describe the carpet has clean.

The location is halfway to anywhere on Kauai, which made travel on the island easy. It is close to Lihue Airport. You will find that you can relax at Wailua bay beach which is just behind the condos within walking distance, as well. We enjoyed the pool so much and our beautiful bay view from the balcony.
