This house is located in the beachside community of Kailua. There are many restaurants within a couple miles as well as a Whole Foods Market for your grocery needs.
The entire house can be used by the guests. The only exceptions are the garage and one of the two closets in the master bedroom.
Bathrooms and bedrooms
There are five restrooms and eight aesthetically pleasing bedrooms. Five rooms, each, feature a queen bed. Both rooms feature a king-size bed. And one room with a twin trundle bed and a full bed.
The kitchen
The kitchen is exceptionally well-appointed with every conceivable item, including wine glasses and dishes and cookware. The kitchen is exposed to the indoor/outdoor dining area and features counter seating. In addition, two refrigerators have been added per a guest's recommendation.
While dining
Large sliding doors in the dining area lead to the outdoor covered lanai, which provides additional seating for eight. Five bar stools are located atop the kitchen island.
LOUNGE ROOM
An additional set of sizable sliding doors in the expansive living room provide access to the lanai.

This residence is situated a mere five houses from the shoreline and a two-minute stroll from Kailua shoreline, one of the most picturesque beaches globally. There are numerous restaurants and a Whole Foods Market within a couple of miles for your grocery requirements.
AC:
Air conditioning is provided in the living room and all bedrooms. Although the kitchen and dining room lack air conditioning, substantial sliding doors allow for the ingress of chilly trade breezes.
Legally recognized as a residence, this property is rented for a minimum of thirty consecutive days. Early departures do not incur any penalty, so you may reserve a lesser stay as specified on the website. This is in compliance with sections 19-18 of the ordinances of the city and county of Honolulu. A thirty-day rental agreement is required.
