Clean, modern 1 bedroom, (King bed + queen sofa sleeper + queen air mattress), 1 bathroom condo with assigned parking, pool, hot tub, and bbqs on site. Condo was renovated in 2018 - retiled, cabinets painted, new floors, new interior paint, new appliances, new ceiling fans, new furniture and new mattress. (2018).
Close to beaches, shopping, dining, golf, hiking, parks and more. Located in Sandpiper Village, which is centrally located in Princeville, a resort community on the north shore of Kauai. The resort is quiet and professionally landscaped.
While this condo is new to vacation renting, we also own Listing 1275854. You’ll see we have great reviews. We live on island and really try to do all we can to make sure our guests are happy and enjoy their stay with us. We will do the same for this condo as well. ...

We stayed at the apartment for 5 day and we are super happy choosing it! the kitchen is amazing had have everything that you need and more.
also beach chairs and towels, water shoes, boogie, 2 snorkels, fins, bodyboard. location is great. definitely recommend.

The property was just as described in the listing. Great location with easy check in & check out. The beach stuff was definitely an added bonus!

Great place to stay! The property is very clean with everything you’d need for a perfect beach day! Location is great to explore the north shore with a short drive to any beach around! The in washer dryer is crucial when staying for extended stays:) definitely would book again! Thank you !!

Awesome little Condo. Very quiet. Had everything we needed. Very clean. Had tons of beach stuff available to use. Refrigerator had ice cubes. Everything worked and everything was how it was listed. Very clear and easy instructions. Would stay here again.

All in all was perfect, starting with communication, check in, check out, all amenities as washing machine, dryer etc; unfortunatelly we found some cockroaches on the floor; summing up we can recommend this condo

My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful stay here. The condo had everything we needed including beach chairs, coolers, snorkel gear, etc. Though it could get quite hot at night, there were many fans provided to combat the heat. We will definitely stay here again!

This condo met all our needs—clean and comfortable—has a washer and dryer, plenty of space, close to beautiful beaches, mountains and rivers. Plenty of fans to keep cool, beach equipment for use—even coolers and ice packs. Communication with the owner was excellent. She helped with all our questions and needs that came up. I would definitely stay here again!

Clean modern place, with screens and fans to keep you comfortable. Access to the swimming pool and hot tub was so nice at the end of the day. The extra couch bed and blow up beds worked great for our kids. Nice big shower. The king bed was very comfortable and bedding nice. There were lots of breach/picnic supplies provided on the patio. If I were to make a suggestion, it would be to provide a few more lightweight blankets. We had a comfortable and pleasant stay!

The Princeville area
is beautiful. The apartment has a nice up-to-date touch, but I think the property needs stronger fans it might be because of the time of the year, but it was sometimes uncomfortable. Sometimes the cable was not working.This is the first time I went on vacation without staying in a hotel me personally, I would continue staying in a hotel.

Great stay for our little family. Comes with cooking tools and washer/dryer. Also, stocked with beach gear. Near condo pool and trash bin. We even had two pet cats. Worth the money for quiet home away from home feel.
