The condo was exactly as described. It was clean and well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. The owner was in communication with us from the beginning and he sent helpful emails to explain location, parking, codes etc. The lanai was spacious & private. We were just steps away from the beach and there were beach towels & chairs to use. We will definitely recommend to our friends, family & visit again. We love Kihei!

Our 3 night stay was exactly what we wanted, a nice clean and quiet location. We would come here again as the place had all the amenities we needed.
When we showed up and it was a one bedroom, we were genuinely surprised because all three of us adults looked at the Vrbo beforehand, and it looked like it was two bedrooms. Small condo, no dishwasher, no laundry in the unit we had to use coin-op laundry. The pullout couch did not have a comforter, just a small thin blanket. There was an emergency number provided if we had questions and I tried calling that and no answer. Also, when we were attempting to check in with the on-site manager for parking, we weren’t unable to get a hold of them multiple times and then we were left with a notice on our car for parking without checking in? Prior to checkout, we are required to do blankets and sheets for the pullout couch and towels. Of course, using the coin up laundry facilities. Just very inconvenient. Not the condo we expected that we are renting.
We had an amazing stay in this condo on Kihei Kai Nani. I appreciate that Bob takes pride in his ownership offering clients an exceptional place to call home in Kihei. We have stayed at this condo complex 5 times previously, first time at Bob’s condo, and it is by far the best we have stayed in. Well appointed, comfortable and clean!

We loved our stay at Bobs place. Being a stone’s throw away from a great home base beach and having a balcony with a view of the sunset every night was important to us and this was the perfect place for a relaxing vacation. The condo had everything we needed and more! We were happy to be able to not have to worry about beach chairs, towels or umbrella as we spent most of the trip beach hopping. The location was super walkable and better than most of the other condos we had contemplated and saw once we arrived. The condo was very clean with a comfortable bed.
I want to first mention that Robert is a wonderful host! He was very responsive to our last minute needs. Our trip home was delayed , oh darn, due to weather. We had to scramble to find other accommodations. We only wish we had found this condo a week earlier. The condo is wonderful. The view of the beach at sunset was beautiful. The condo was spotless. It's completely stocked with all your cooking needs, including beach towels and chairs. The grounds are very nice and well kept. We did not get a chance to use the pool, but it looks very nice and refreshing. You are within walking distance to most of the local stores and restaurants. We do plan to visit Kihei again, and hopefully we will be able to stay here. It was wonderful!!

My husband and I stayed at Bob’s again this year with our toddler and 9 month old. Our stay was just as fabulous as last year! As I said last year, the location is unbeatable and truly enhanced the quality of our trip. The sunsets from the condo were superb.
This year we discovered a little path between Kam 2 and Kam 1 that overlooked a rocky area where a group of turtles hung out in the morning. We even had a couple of turtles swim past us at Kam 2.
We can hardly wait to return!

Overall the Condo was very comfortable with all the necessary items available. Very good location and nice view of the Ocean. It was a bit warm in the afternoon as the winds were not always available to lower the inside temperature. All in all a very delightful vacation.
If you get the chance, stay here! Well appropriated and super convenient location. Checks all the boxes! Communication with Bob was consistent and friendly. I highly recommend this place!
We needed a place to stay for a family reunion and had stayed in several places in Kihei. I decided to go with this unit because of the reviews that I had read. Bob, the owner, contacted us after we booked one of his units and stayed in contact with us the time. he was quick to answer question I had and is very thorough in the information about what is expected of you during your stay. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay like home.
We had an awesome time. Robert our host was amazing responded right away to questions I had. The view from the lanai was amazing. Place was very clean. We would definitely and will stay there again.
The beach across the street was perfect for swimming and body surfing. A variety of places for a meal or snack was within easy walking. The condo had comfortable furniture including the bed and pull out sofa. The kitchen had everything needed to make meals. Good communication with owner regarding instructions and information. The keypad door lock was really helpful. We had a great time and would return!
The unit was very clean, comfortable and pleasantly updated. We had an event right next door -- at Penny's Pasta & Pizza, so we didn't even have to drive anywhere. I would definitely stay here again
We loved our stay at Robert's condo at KKN. The property was lovely, clean and had all the amenities we could desire. The location and proximity to the beach was perfect. This property was exactly as listed. The pictures are accurate, the bed is comfy and the lanai has a nice little ocean view.
The location was perfect for my goal to walk the beach every morning with my coffee. Beach access is literally right across the road with the crosswalk right there at the property line.
Casual pubs and dining and amenities shops are all easy walking distance.
The unit has every little item you might need right down to things like a sewing kit. The owner is promptly responsive of you have any questions. The pool area is clean and quite nice for a quiet lounge and dip if you are all beached out.
This condo was perfectly located for all the adventures we went on. Pretty much a 10-40min drive gets you anywhere you might want to go on the island (except Hana, of course).

This property was everything we needed to help us enjoy our short time on the island. It’s well supplied and comfortably furnished. Although weather and water conditions on Maui didn’t support much beach time, we were still able to take advantage of sunsets on the beach and serene early mornings.
The property is conveniently located and with a rental car we were provided straightforward access to island highlights.

The ocean views from this unit are second to none and provided us with an incredible experience every day of our stay. The location can't be beat as it is steps from our new favorite beach (Kamaole II).
The home was meticulously maintained, extremely clean and provided us with absolutely everything we needed to enjoy a weeks' vacation (not to mention all the beach equipment they provided, which was a huge plus)!
A/C was available, but we didn't even need it as the cool breeze provided the perfect temp throughout the day and night.
The communication for Check-in & Check-out was clear, smooth and made the whole experience seamless. They also provided us with some great recommendations during our stay.
Overall, this home and location is perfect, and I can't say enough positive things about it. I can't wait to book my next trip and stay here again.
