Please visit Maui! Despite the horrendous tragedy that has taken our beloved Lahaina, the rest of the island businesses need your support. Lahaina is a 45 minute drive from Kihei. Although we all loved Lahaina, there is still much to see on the island that wasn't affected by the fires: Haleakala, Road to Hana, Kihei and Wailea, Makena, Wailuku, Haiku, Paia, and Napili to name a few. Maui Vista is one of the most centrally located condo complexes in Kihei and only a 25 minute drive from the airport. We are within walking distance of shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Across the street is Charlie Young Beach where you can view the most magnificent sunrises and sunsets you'll ever see. Wailea is just 5 minutes away and Paia, known for it's old town charm, many trendy restaurants and shops including beautiful beaches just a short walk or drive away.
The health and safety of our guests, homeowners, and employees is our number one priority. Our vacation rentals minimize person-to-person contact with private amenities and entry via lockboxes. After each reservation, our condos are sanitized and disinfected with expert cleaning in line with current CDC guidelines.
Our condo is a comfortable air-conditioned one-bedroom, one-bath that sleeps 4 utilizing a newly installed cabinet bed rather than a sofa-bed for the best comfort experience. As a ground floor unit we have an extra large Lanai with views of the garden and the swimming pool (one of three) is only steps away. Charlie Young Beach, also known as Kamaole I is a short walk across the street.
This NON-SMOKING vacation condominium is located a few steps from the pool on ground level in Building Two. For your total comfort, we have air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, two ceiling fans and a floor fan to keep you comfortable.
We wanted to create a home away from home in that you will have all of the essentials you will need for your stay. Some of the comforts and furnishings of home that you will find in our condo for either short or extended stays include:
• Fully equipped kitchen—stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, small appliances (Keurig coffee maker regular coffee maker, french press, toaster, blender, rice cooker), dishes, cookware, BBQ utensils, etc..

Almost perfect but we couldn’t get the cable tv to work - maybe our fault. The bathroom sink was partially clogged which for some reason it seems to be a common problem. The kitchen was stocked well with necessary amenities. Also couldn’t get the bedroom air conditioner to work - also maybe our fault. My husband didn’t like how you could hear virtually everything anyone said while walking outside by our bedroom wall but probably not much you could do about it. Subtle complaints but overall ….a lovely facility!

we loved the location close to all Amenties and beaches
we had a couple of concerns and Brie was very prompt
the condo was nicely furnished and lots of kitchen and beach needs
i would suggestchanging VRBO listing as it states all guests receive a flower arrangement and chocolates and local fruit and this is not given ....i would of liked to see tub surrounding cleaner and work on Lanai floor ...This did not affect our stay of 6 weeks tho and we had a Awesome Time in Beautiful Time MAHALO

Everything was fabulous, new and comfortable pillows, comfortable bed, tons of things for the beach, clean, great location, a well stocked kitchen, and when texting Brie about an issues she responded quickly. I will recommend this place to others and definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect property for our family of 3. The pool is right outside the lanai, the beach is right across the street, convenience store shopping is 2 blocks away, restaurants and shopping is 3 blocks away. The unit is clean and updated and the ac works great. The owner is extremely responsive and problems are fixed immediately. We will be back.

Last day cockroach crawling on the night stand on my purse gross that made us so uncomfortable one dead under dinning table
Towels white so soil and coolers and garbage cans dirty doesn’t cost alot to clean bad experience

Property was clean and well stocked with beach supplies. Grocery and restaurants are close by. Charley Young Beach is a short 5 min walk. It is a great sandy beach for swimming without water shoes (no coral). Highly recommend!

All in all this condo unit was everything we excepted. Brie was easy to communicate with and quick to answer our questions.
We will definitely be renting from her again.
