The design features maple cabinets, granite counters, beautiful Italian floor tiles, Polynesian furniture, ambiance lighting, island-style woodwork, a comforting fully tiled shower, and built-in casework, in the historical Hawaiian style. The island artwork is authentic and the unit has more than sufficient necessities. It is rare to live on a Maui beach. Not many condominiums afford that luxury. You’ll appreciate that when you cast open the floor to ceiling sliding glass doors and take in Maui at its best. Great condo in an ideal location. Loved the view including incredible sunsets. Very convenient being able to walk on the beach so easily. Owner checked in to make sure everything was perfect during our stay. We will definitely return in the future. Thank you!

Lovely view of the bay with ocean waves and beautiful sunsets while sitting on the balconey. Steps from the beach, owners have 2 beach chairs and umbrella along with towels. So easy to go relax on Sugar Beach! Pool, deli on site. Not far from grocery store to get food for the onsite grill. Bed is very comfortable and water pressure is strong in the shower.

This apartment truly had everything we needed and more. The well-appointed kitchen was a delight, equipped with all the essentials. The view from the balcony was awesome and the sound of the waves soothed us to sleep. We were grateful to have central a/c, including in the bedroom, which appears to be rare in the islands here. It was a great place to stay for our first trip to Maui.

The condo was very attractive and reflected the online pictures. We had an issue with the TV and support person Austin arrived within 2 hrs connected with cable co in time to watch the playoffs. Very helpful and informative. View was great. Only issue was the rocks and coral on the sand and wading into the ocean difficult made it difficult to swim in the ocean. Also very windy first 2 days. We usually stay in Wailea not as windy. The unit, owner and management company all 5 stars!

Property as advertised. Kitchen has everything in the way of utensils you might need. Elcellent air conditioner. Very convient to the elevator. Never had more than a one minute for the elevator. Most importantly it is right on the water. The wonderful sound of the surf 24/7.

We want to give more than 5 stars for this property. My husband and I spent 2 weeks at this amazing condo for our 27th wedding anniversary. Doug is an awesome host and so accommodating. Everything is right there. We didn’t swim at any other beaches. Sugar beach is beautiful and no crowds. You absolutely can’t be the views. We will be returning for our 30th and would love to stay in this condo again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
