Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property is well located with easy access to all that Waikiki has to offer; with bus stop nearby for the many regular bus routes that take you to other parts of the island. Apartment and building amenities are well maintained, including recently renovated salt water pool. Managing agent is responsive; it’s maintenance staff efficient and courteous - we have been very satisfied with our stays in the apartment, and would return.

De ****** heeft een update nodig evenals het kleed in de kamer en slaapkamer.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second time staying in the Park Heights and find the building,location security etc great. Unit 512 suited our needs. We had the issue with the bed which was fixed right away and the fans in shower and water closet looked after. The unit does need a little TLC..the carpets are showing their age and the finish on the cupboards are also getting a little tired. We have rented the same room,512 for 2024 and are looking forward to returning to your great state. Aloha. Wes and Nellie

Reviewer Comments: We stayed at unit 512 for 30 days.check in is not very convenient had to walk 2 blocks to get key.Description of unit is accurate,kitchen utensils and appliances were good,carpet in living room and bedroom had lots of stains.Bathroom seat had to be replaced it was discusting,toilet bowl was leaking and bathroom was ok after toilet was repaired.Bed was comfortable and bedroom was a good size with lots of storage.The unit is very quiet,security is good,and very good location.Alli provided good customer service.
