The condo was a perfect location for our one week stay in Maui. Convenient access to local beach, groceries and restaurants with short drives to beaches in Kihei and Wailea. The condo itself also had everything we needed for the week in a comfortable space with the added bonus of a good pool for local relaxation. Communication with the property manager was also excellent. I would definitely stay here again.
The VIP team was incredibly responsive & their Aloha was felt through every correspondence.
My family & I were beyond pleased with how beautifully decorated and clean the condo was.
The thoughtfulness of having laundry soap, dish soap, beach towels, extra blankets & towels, laundry baskets & all the kitchenware were just a few of the things that sparked extra joy for us! We never had to worry about a thing.
My family reunited here after 10years and it meant the world to have a safe clean space- this condo felt like a home for us.
Conveniently located next to so many great restaurants, we were able to share meals in the condo together with ease.
Highly recommend staying here- we can’t wait to return!

We had a great stay at this rental! We loved being able to easily walk to the beach with our kids. The pool and hot tub were great as well. We were grateful for the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler bag from the rental. There is a grocery store just east of the apartment complex that was really nice to be close to. The only thing that wasn't provided that would have been nice would be some designated beach towels. Besides that we had an amazing stay!

Check in was easy, email has all info. Condo has plenty of towels and beach chairs. I like the shower head. Areas of improvement: cleaners need to wash sheets + pillow cases. I saw stains & pubic hair on sheets. I had to wash them before first night of use. Lock in front door was hard to use.

This property is conveniently located to everywhere you’re trying to travel to on the island. The only bad part was the unit had a smell and the upstairs neighbors is loud at times. Doesn’t have central air so it takes awhile to cool the unit down. Other positives the unit did have accessories such as beach chairs and a cooler which came in handy.
Comfy and roomy place for my family on Maui for a short weekend trip. This home is close to stores, restaurants and shops in Kihei literally. Parking is no issue and the pool on property was awesome. Definitely will be a place that will be saved for future stays on Maui.

We had a wonderful stay at Kihei Garden Estates!! The condo was extremely clean and very stylish. Great location for dining and beaches. Easy walk to a grocery store which was great. We were very impressed with the quick and helpful customer service the property manager provided. Would 100% recommend a stay at this condo to anyone! Our only regret is not staying longer!

The one suggestion My wife and I would share would be to power wash the living space floor. Otherwise everything was as expected.
This property was as expected - had a functional kitchen, a bathroom, a couple of bedrooms. The location is good for exploring the island, and close to a few places to eat, and a very short walk to a nice beach too. There is some noise from neighbors due to the plumbing (you can hear water from their toilet flushing, etc), which was slightly annoying. The pool was OK for a kid to have fun, but nothing to write home about. It was a good value, and overall we enjoyed our stay.
At the listed price, this place in Maui is a steal. It's clean, and the check-in and check-out process is easy. Grocery stores, gas stations, and restaurants are within walking distance, and the best part is that you can easily walk to the beach.
