    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is so spacious and very clean, everything was in great condition and the primary bathroom was gorgeous. We loved the huge kitchen with tons of seating. The neighborhood was extremely quiet, backyard was comfortable and my kids loved looking for geckos and lizards. The outdoor shower was really helpful, and walking distance or short drive to the shops/restaurants! We were only disappointed that the rental doesn’t offer recycling (so much waste added to the island!) and we did see several cockroaches inside the house despite removing trash and cleaning the kitchen nightly, but I’m not sure what can be done about that in a tropical climate. Overall, we would stay here again and had a lovely time.

    Our group loved this house! It was laid out well, very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay awesome. It has plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas to make your beach trips enjoyable. We would definitely book here again.

    Matt and team were very responsive and easy to work with. The house is gorgeous with very high end finishes and touches throughout. The short walk to the beach was especially convenient. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a beautiful space for a family vacation.

    Fantastic home well stocked with beach chairs and umbrellas. Gorgeous open kitchen with spacious bedrooms. Safe quiet area close enough to walk to coffee/restaurants and beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay in Kehei was greatly enjoyed at our private house. We had more than ample room for 8 adults to sleep, eat and enjoy the property. There was plenty of room for cooking in the kitchen and also grilling. All eight adults could easily eat at the table, gather around the kitchen island, enjoy coffee in the living room or out on the lanai. The house is conveniently located a short 10 minute walk from Charley Young Beach. We utilized the beach gear that was provided and the wagon really came in handy to transport it. I would highly recommend staying, as house was well equipped, clean and spacious. Mahalo

    The rental home was perfect for our family group of 7. Well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great for walking to several beaches as well as shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this property!

There was plenty of space for everyone. The property was clean and well-maintained, and matched the description/pictures in the listing. The location was great and within walking distance to several beaches and nice restaurants. Paia Fish Market was our favorite. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed for our stay. The beach gear in the garage came in handy for our trips to South Maui beaches. We would definitely recommend this rental to anyone planning to visit Maui!

    If you’re planning a trip to kihei, look no further & stay here! My wife & I were visiting for a friends wedding & stayed at the house with two other couples. The house was perfect for the 6 of us with room to spare! It was immaculately clean & beautifully renovated with a nice open floor plan. Each bathroom had so many towels to get you through your stay (house also had a washer & dryer if needed) they also put little hotel soap, shampoo & conditioner which gave you a hotel feel! Great location, about a 7 minute walk down to the town where it’s filled with shopping, restaurants, bars & the beach! Ubers were always 1 minute away whenever we needed one. Hot tub was a big hit! Would absolutely stay here again!

    The house itself is great! It’s a nice open space and the backyard is great for families with kids. (The yard is full of little lizards my boys loved trying to catch!) The garage has boogie boards and sand toys as well as snorkel gear and beach chairs. The kitchen is well equipped with the essentials. We did encounter ants and cockroaches as others have mentioned but we took care of them as we saw them and weren’t too bothered by it. The backyard has a few cameras which felt strange - sort of a big brother is watching feel. Nobody wants to be filmed sunbathing or hot tubbing. That was probably the biggest dislike for us. Also worth noting, half our group was highly allergic to the Tide Fabreeze Sport laundry detergent and we had hives from it for over half our trip. I’ll be recommending to the management that they change to something more friendly - I’ve learned that a lot of people are allergic to it. If you haven’t been exposed to it, don’t test it out in Hawaii! It was a huge damper on our trip. But the house itself was great, and I’d recommend it.
