Pros: Spacious, walking distance to the beach, gorgeous pool, nice area. Cons: Stairs, street noise on the lanai, small ants in the kitchen
We enjoyed our stay very much. Every time I had a question, it was answered quickly. The kitchen had just about everything we needed. It could use a large rubber spatula. The house was very spacious. We never got a chance to use the BBQ. Maybe next time. Mahalo.

Beautuful property.
It was perfect!!! From the booking to the day we reluctantly had to leave! The space was exactly what we were hoping for….spacious, beautiful, and so comfortable for our multigenerational family of 9!Being so close to the pool made swimming excursions so easy and taking walks and seeing the meticulously kept plantings was a pleasure! We’re already looking forward to returning next year!
Had a wonderful time and enjoyed all that Maui has to offer. Very convenient location thats a walk to the beach as well as the shops of Wailiea where there are fantastic restaurants as well as shopping.

Lovely condo to use as a home base for exploring Maui. Would definitely stay againNeeded a few minor maintenance details. One shower needed to be replaced, one toilet paper holder kept falling off, stove igniters needed fine tuning, but overall well maintained and clean

We absolutely loved this property and would love to come back. We were a group of 7; 2 adults per room and 1 used the pull out sofa bed. All beds were clean and comfortable. We came in early September 2024 and the property was in good shape. We were able to use their coolers, boogie boards, and beach chairs. The house was stocked with many cooking appliances and spices. The community pool was lovely - in the evenings, we barely saw any other guests there. The community area provides ice and filtered water too. The entire Ho'olei community was well maintained, clean, safe, and quiet. We booked directly on the PMI website. Matthew from PMI was professional, responsive, and accommodating throughout the entire process. We asked for a late checkout (with a fee) and early check-in, and he was able to provide both since the property was available. There could be some *minor* enhancements (e.g. fix filtered kitchen sink water dispenser, hot/cold shower water fluctuates, grill + oven took awhile to heat up). However, these were not deal breakers.Overall, I recommend this property for a big family or groups of 8 adults. Mahalo, PMI, for an unforgettable trip!

Beautiful, spacious and extremely clean home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The only negative would be the pull out bed. Clearly, for 2 adults this is not sufficient. The mattress falls through slats and should only be recommended for children. Needed to put mattress on the floor the following nights, which was just ok. Other than that would highly recommend this place.
