Located on the water's edge in scenic Kailua-Kona, this 2 bedroom/3 bathroom vacation home features oceanfront views and is perfect for a family or group of friends. The condominium complex is beautifully landscaped, fastidiously maintained, and blissfully tranquil. Kona Reef is in a terrific location. It's just a quick drive to picturesque Kailua Village with plenty of shops, seaside restaurants, nightlife, and a beach great for kids or the kids at heart. While staying at this unit you will enjoy 180-degree panoramic views of the dramatic Kona coastline and magnificent sunsets in the evening.

This tropically decorated home showcases an open floor plan with a living room, kitchen, and dining room. The living room has seating circling a TV. Unwind on the couch and catch a movie on TV or the DVD player. WIFI, a stereo, split system air conditioning, and washer/dryer are provided to ensure you feel at home. A desk is also tucked away in the corner in case anyone needs to get a little work done.

To the right is the dining area. The dining table has seating for six, so everyone can gather for a home cooked meal together. The kitchen is right behind this area. A chef will love cooking in this well-equipped kitchen. There are stainless steel appliances and granite countertops ready to help you cook anything from a scrumptious snack to a gourmet meal. The built-in breakfast bar has two additional seats.

These rooms all open to an expansive private lanai. Patio seating is arranged outside, so you can dine or indulge in a pina colada while the sun drops behind the ocean before you. Leave the lanai doors open to let a coastal breeze inside. Imagine relaxing and listening to the rustling palms and the gentle surf breaking below.

Down the hall is the master bedroom with a King-sized bed, ceiling fan, TV, and private bathroom. The master bathroom is prepared with a large standalone shower and vanity. The guest bedroom is suitable for housing any kids you are traveling with as it has two Twin-sized beds and a TV. Two guest bathrooms are available with shower/tub combos.

We have stayed in several Kona Reef condos and this one was the roomiest by far. The double sized balcony and view were amazing. The kitchen was well stocked utensil/dish/bowl etc wise. Decor was a bit dated and supplies were few- I.e. - they cut a sponge in half for dishwashing, gave you 1 oz. of dish wash soap and 4 garbage bags for a 2 week stay. Just be prepared to buy more. All in all - a great time was had by all!

The unit is spacious and has everything that you can possibly want or need. The view of the ocean is amazing and you can fall asleep to the sound of the waves breaking on the reef.

This unit is spacious with ocean front views. Very comfortable after getting used to the fancy furnishings. Many upgrades and well outfitted kitchen in contrast with burned out light bulbs and a dishwasher that needs replacement. A few inconveniences did not tarnish the overall positive experience! PS there are 3 bedrooms.

Spacious balcony with comfy chairs and dining table was perfect for watching surfers and sunsets and lots of whale activity. Luxurious interior. Kitchen is well equipped. Costco is located between airport and condo....very convenient. Master bedroom is huge and the other 2 are small. Very clean throughout. Condo had binoculars, games, boogie board, books, dvds, beach towels etc.
