Room wasn't as clean as times past. This is our second time staying in this condo. Upon arrival dishes and silverware were still dirty. Pillows need to be replaced as they are stained. Carpets are dirty and stained. Feet turned black after walking on these carpets. Comforters had pen or marker on them. Not a cleaning item. However iron in the closet doesn't work or even turn on.
Condo was just as advertised. We had a wonderful stay and would stay again.

We had the privilege of staying at this villa for our dream vacation, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Everything was clean and well kept! Area was safe and quiet! I would recommend this place to family and friends!
Everything was wonderful. I would suggest having plastic glasses and plates so guests can bring a drink down to the pool. Also the bbq area for food. Looked for a broom to sweep, could not find one. Would stay agsin
The location was excellent. The lagoon was perfect for the young kids. We were able to drive very short distance to get to fun activities. INCREDIBLE!
We were a family of four, visiting for a wedding. The apartment provided us with plenty of space and had all the supplies we needed. It was quiet and safe, an easy stroll down to the lagoon, and an easy walk to next door Aulani. Loved our balcony! You will probably want to rent a car. Uber prices from the airport vary from 60 to over 100. Renting a car was much less expensive per day than using Uber if you’re not planning to just stay put on the beach. It’s about a mile walk to the ABC store, which is the closest grocery.
Amazing condo with all the amenities of an hotel without the hoopla. We simply loved this condo and the location. Upon entering into the condo we were greatly surprised by the cleanliness of the unit, amazing kitchen and best views ever of the ocean. Wow! The only issue we had was of having to leave. We could've spent an entire month here. The proerty manger and owners were great to resound and great to work with. We are already checking on availability for next year. So amazing!
My family (five adults and one 3-yr-old) were so impressed by the Beach Villas but specifically this condo! The unit was comfortable and clean, with all the amenities in the kitchen we could want! We thoroughly enjoyed the closet full of beach supplies and kid amenities (two umbrellas, multiple beach chairs, noodles, inflatable water loungers, sand toys, pack-and-play, high chair, and an umbrella stroller). The two lanais had gorgeous views that we lived on--there's just something about sipping coffee watching the beach wake up or watching football with a view of the ocean that just says vacation for me! The Beach Resort itself was also the perfect place to stay for our group with such fun daily koi fish feeding, two beautiful pools, a beach bar, restaurants within walking distance, and beautiful spaces for lounging and playing. Can't wait to come back!

We have been to this complex several times. First time staying in this suite. It had a couple minor maintenance issues. Property management responded as needed. Amazing views of the ocean and the pool area. The cove is the perfect place to swim and enjoy the sun! Great place for family and friends.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a beautiful property, the beach was pristine and not crowded like the other lagoons around us, and the property management was attentive and quick to respond to our needs and requests.
The parking space requires to be used is quite far from the elevator you can use to get up to your room, but other than that we had a great stay.

We loved this place! The large deck was THE place to hang out, the big kitchen was perfect for family and we so enjoyed the pools, the location, and did I mention the views? Would absolutely recommend this property!

It was my husband’s and children's first trip to Hawaii and decided to make Oahu our home. I came across Ko Olina in my research and we will only stay there! The area with the lagoons and shops and other hotels was the perfect roaming spot for all ages.
The unit’s view is breathtaking! Watching the sunset every night was the perfect ending to each day. Inside the unit is as shows in the pictures. The couch is very comfortable. The bedrooms are smaller in size so floor space for suitcases is limited. The master bedroom closet is full of equipment so not a spot to put clothes. The bathrooms are very well appointed and spacious. I have determine that comfortable lanai furniture is the only way to go; having spent morning, noon & night out there. As mentioned, if we decide to come back to Oahu, Ko Olina is where we will stay. Highly recommend.

The initial checkin did not happen until 6:30pm when we arrived at 5pm. There were only 3 glasses and 5 plates, no dish towels, 1 partial roll of paper towels, and no dish soap. Also the dishwasher was clogged, and did not work. We got these rectified, but we have stayed in VRBOs all over the world, and the attention to minor issues was poor. Once communicated they were fixed but it started our 10 day trip off to a rough start.

Views to the beach are great, the resort has great access for wheelchair, including a pool lift seat. The only thing we needed and asked was a seat. For the shower. Definitely we recommend this villa

This was the most perfect place to stay! So amazing, gorgeous views, amazing pools, and beach front access! The lagoon is never busy like the Disney/four seasons lagoon and it almost feel private! There were times we were almost the only ones on the beach! Even saw a seal on shore one day which made the kids’ day. We loved staying here and can’t wait to come back!
