My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. Location was close to everything you need, The check in and out process was so easy and the house was very clean and equipped with everything you need in a home away from home. Kim the property manager was so nice and very responsive with our needs. Though the pictures were a little misleading as we thought we would have beach access right from the back yard, you need to walk on street about 4 houses down to access the beach, which was not a huge problem and the sunsets and ocean views from the back yard were breath taking and definitely made up for it. We would definitely recommend this property. Only small recommendation to property management / owners would be to have grill cleaned upon arrival and also have outside surrounding lights around lanai area fixed, or add outdoor lighting to create better ambience while enjoying after dark relaxation on lanai area. As repeat visitors to Maui, I’m happy to report that this vacation home has offered the best balance of comfort, value, and an unsurpassed ocean view of any place we’ve stayed. Being able to sit on our own private lanai and enjoy quiet, world class sunsets is an experience my family and I will never forget. The house isn’t elegant, but it is clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished. For the very reasonable price, I don’t think it’s possible to find a nicer vacation home anywhere in Hawaii. This was a peaceful home base for our group (two couples) to regroup between excursions and just spend time relaxing. The back patio is the best room in the house. We saw whales and sea turtles on a regular basis while watching the waves crash and drinking in colorful sunsets. There is a short walk to beach access a few houses down. It is difficult and dangerous to swim directly off of the property itself, but the very short walk to a lovely beach is worth it. We did have a few bugs and a little scorpion visit inside the house and escorted them out with a few screams, but we took it in stride as part of life on Maui. Thank you for sharing your peaceful and private piece of paradise with us.

We loved staying at this property! It was just as described and we are going to look at staying here again sometime! We had one issue with the bbq and it was completely replaced so we were able to cook with it the rest of our vacation! Overall, amazing!!!
