COVID-19 Cancellation Policy: Assuming a guest is unable to travel due to a positive COVID Test taken within 72 hours of travel OR a government imposed/mandated travel ban, cancelations will be processed as follows: • REFUNDS: If a guest cancels their reservation and IPM is able to resell any of the guest’s reservation dates, IPM will issue a cash refund, upon receipt, for all dates that are resold. • CREDITS: Assuming a guest cancels their reservation within 60 days of arrival and choses to forgo a refund per the terms mentioned above, IPM will issue a credit on all monies paid based on the below terms and conditions: o Credits shall not expire o Your future reservation must be placed in the same Villa that was originally booked o Rate differences for future reservation dates may apply 2. Non-COVID Related Cancelations: For cancelations unrelated to COVID, Island Property Management will attempt to rent the unit during the specified contract period. Assuming the Villa rents for an amount equal to, or greater than, the stipulated contract amount, all client funds will be returned upon receipt by Island Property Management. Assuming the Villa rents for an amount less than the stipulated contract amount, client will be issued payment of said lesser amount (as REFUND IN FULL) by Island Property Management. Assuming the unit fails to rent, NO REFUND will be granted. Although not guaranteed, assuming the guest cancels within 60 days of arrival, the property will typically re-rent for the canceled dates thereby allowing the guest to receive a full refund. 3. Travel Insurance: Assuming you need a cancellation policy that offers refunds, we have priced our units so that you may purchase travel. The price of our Villas, together with the travel insurance policy, are still less expensive than 90% of our competitors. We price our Villas in this manner to provide options to our guests as most guests prefer to forgo insurance and utilize the existing Cancellation Policy + pay the lower price. 4. Moving Dates: We can usually accommodate all guest date change requests that occur 90 days or more before arrival, with the movement of reservation dates to the following year. The ...

This place was exactly as advertised. Absolutely beautiful. Great location right next to Grand Wailaia. Perfect Lanai. Comfortable beds. We will definitely be back.

Overall the family was very nice and I met our family needs. Great location within walking distance of everything in Wailea. Kitchen needs more forks and kitchen bowls. Some of the bathroom fixtures need to be repaired or replaced. Constant noise in the walls in the larger master bedroom was odd but the noise machine fixed the problem.
The beds were comfortable. We appreciated the boogie boards and chairs in the garage. We absolutely would return to this villa and stay here again.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The condo was gorgeous and everything was in great order and clean. It was the perfect set up for our group of 5. (Two couples and one single). Walking distance to pool and gym and perfect location for all activities and restaurants. Wouldn’t have changed a thing!

Five of us ladies stayed in this rental for just over a week. The location and amenities were top notch. The condo was very spacious and well kept. I will definitely book at this particular location again. Mahalo
