For family of four, cannot get much nicer and easier access to beach without staying at a Wailea resort. Would stay again.
As a family we rented two units here at Elua. This two bedroom was completely remodeled with very comfortable updated furniture and a stunning view. It was further away from the pool and a bit more of a walk to the beach ( still only 5 minutes down a windy meandering path on the property), but the views couldn’t be beat. Having the grassy area and large patio was great for grandchildren play. The kitchen was well equipped with plastic wrap and tinfoil provided. It did completely lack any spices except for cinnamon, s and p. So be prepared. I would definitely return to this unit.

We enjoyed our stay at this unit. It is an ideal location and Wailea Elua is our favorite spot to stay in. This condo is clean and well thought out.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about this property. Our party was two adults/two children. CB Island Vacations was on point in their description of the property. The views are absolutely stunning. The property had everything we needed. Our immediate impression was the attention to detail — it was clean and organized. The microwave and refrigerator were spotless. We cannot reiterate how clean the unit was. The towels were neatly pocket folded. The unit had L’Occitane grooming products for our stay. We were welcomed with a gift basket by CBIV with several local delicacies. Again, these were wonderful touches — like a five-star resort. The accommodations were so comfortable. The second bedroom was two twin beds, perfect for our kids. It, too, had a TV — a perk made that made the room their own! The second bedroom offered walkout to the lanai, so it also had an incredible view of the water. Both bathrooms had double-vanities so everyone had their own sink and space. The unit had plenty of closet hangers and space for clothing. We had more than enough plates, silverware, utensils, glassware for enjoying meals. The unit is so open and inviting. The unit had beach chairs, sand toys — even coolers — for any walks down to the beach. This property is very secure. It is gated and the two pools are accessed by code. We visited the one closest to the beach. The main pool is adjacent to the beach so you feel as if you are at the beach listening and watching the waves. The unit is also in a great location. It’s a short walk (mere minutes) to the beach and walking path along Wailea. We will undoubtedly be staying here again. Lastly, please note that we visited during the fires. While the property was unaffected, we want to praise the CBIV team for their communication and proactive outreach.

Clean, convenient, just like the pictures
We stayed at this property for two weeks in July and it was absolutely spectacular. Every morning we had coffee on the lanai and every evening we watched the sunset from the same beautiful spot. The security staff at the gate was friendly and professional. The landscaping was impeccable. The kitchen had everything we needed. We loved bird watching and swimming with turtles right off the beach in front of the condo. The location in Maui was great - it was within walking distance of the Wailea resorts and a reasonable drive to Mama's Fish House, the Hana Highway, the airport, Lahaina, and Kaanapali beach. We highly recommend this property and hope to visit again soon.
What a beautiful unit. We loved every moment. The lanai is the perfect spot with an expansive view to drink your cup of coffee and watch the whales.
We loved our stay at the condo in Wailea Elua Village. It was pristine, quiet, spacious, conveniently located, and the view is incredible. We would wake early each morning to have coffee on the wrap-around lanai and watch daylight arrive over the spectacular surroundings. We enjoyed snorkeling and swimming at nearby Ulua beach, which is just a short walk across the property, as well as walks on the oceanside path along the resorts. We also used the property oceanside pool and gym, which both stay open until 10pm and are virtually empty in the evening hours. Although the gym is small, it has adequate equipment and an amazing view of the beach, palm trees, and ocean. We like to cook and were impressed with how well equipped the kitchen is. We made several meals in but also enjoyed the restaurants and lounges at the nearby resorts, which are walking distance, as well as local spots throughout the island. The Shops at Wailea are also about a ten minute walk and offer stores, restaurants, Honolulu Coffee, and the Island Gourmet Market with produce, gifts, a grill, a smoothie bar, and prepared foods. The condo is also in a good location from which to make day trips to Haleakala, Lahaina, and a twisty long road trip to Hana. We had no issues at the condo during our stay so therefore no need to reach out to the property manager. However, in advance of our arrival, they provided detailed and helpful instructions and texted us with a contact number should we have any needs. It would be a bonus if the furniture in the condo was a bit more updated (less poofy upholstery) but it was perfectly fine for our needs. It was also great to have a washing machine and dryer available in the unit so that we could do laundry and pack more lightly. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return!
