If you dream of spending a Hawaiian vacation overlooking the Pacific from a stunning, condominium, dream no more. Your two bedroom, two bath condominium with extended loft awaits. Resting on the 18th fairway of Kona Country Club, this newly remodeled and refurnished home overlooks the sparkling waters of beautiful Keauhou Bay. It has two master bedroom suites containing king size beds, televisions, and air conditioning. The extended second floor loft has an additional master bedroom and bathroom, if needed. The new granite kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless steel appliances and has all of the dishes and utensils you will need to enjoy a morning sunrise breakfast or a gourmet sunset meal.
Whether you choose to relax, pursue the active life, or both, this home makes it easy. You can spend time relaxing, enjoying the expansive ocean view, savoring meals, or watching the sunset on the large covered lanai. You can watch television, rest, or read in the air conditioned comfort of your bedrooms or glass-walled great room. You can take a dip in one of the three pools and hot tubs, play tennis on one of the newly surfaced tennis courts, or seek adventure nearby. Keauhou Bay, Kahalu'u State Park, Kona Country Club, theaters, and shopping are all within walking distance. The Keauhou Resort Area offers opportunities for fun and adventure throughout the day. In the morning you can help paddle an outrigger canoe into the ocean to watch the sunrise over Hualalai. During the day you can go golfing, snorkeling, scuba diving, ocean kayaking, paddle boarding, or deep sea fishing. At sunset you can watch the sun disappear into the Pacific as you prepare to swim with the manta rays in Keauhou Bay. Unit 318 Country Club Villas provides all that an island dream has to offer.
Minimum night varies seasonally 7 -10 nights. This is a non-smoking and no pet property. There is no smoking on the lanai's or walk-ways at this complex. There is a designated smoking area near the main entrance.

Noisy golf course maintenance
Bombarded with golf balls hitting the unit and lanai
BBQ did not work until handyman reconnected burners
Tv did not work properly until handyman reworked stations search program
Refrigerator was set so low initially our food froze on top shelf first night had to have handyman help us reset temps which were unreadable standing in front of refrigerator
First three days were a terrible start to a 23 day rental
Won’t be back or recommend CC.villas but the view offset much of our criticisms

If you need a beautiful, well-equipped condo, this is your spot. Amazing view, great location. Walking distance to shopping center and beaches. This condo has just about everything you need- kitchen/cooking stuff, beach stuff, etc. We had six people and were very comfortable. Beds, seating, lanai are all awesome.

Beautiful place and location was perfect for our family. Property managers were fabulous and quick to help. Only complaint was there was no roll away bed as described , so we were short one bed. The property managers did provide an air mattress.

We all loved our stay, the condo was very clean and comfortable with the multiple AC units. We had really good communication with the property manager and the concierge service they provide was a nice added bonus to help us book excursions. The condo was fully stocked with beach chairs, boogie boards, sun screen, umbrellas, beach towels, games etc. We ran out of propane the first night but they had an extra tank ready to go. Dishes were clean and appliances worked well. The view of the golf course and the ocean from the balcony really makes the place a great rental. The only downside is the road/highway to and from town is gridlock all the time, but this is in no way a reflection of the rental itself. Thank you for hosting us.

The dishes in the cupboard were dirty and the dishwasher does not always come on when you press start. We had to hand wash on some days.

This was a great place to stay for the Ironman World Championship. Close to grocery shopping and Longs Drugs and easy access to the Queen K and Kuikini or if we wanted to drive along Ali’i. We didn’t use the Kona Trolley but it was close by if we wanted to use that transport option. We appreciated the king size beds and AC in all the bedrooms and it was nice for 4 adults. The view from the balcony was relaxing and we enjoyed the sunsets every evening. The pool had a spectacular view of the ocean and the property itself had beautiful foliage and flowers throughout.
We had a wonderful trip to the Big Island and look forward to returning soon.

We had a wonderful stay! Gorgeous views of the golf course and expansive ocean. Pools on site were fantastic for evening swimming and hanging out. Well stocked kitchen and great AC. We will definitely be staying here again!

Best beautifully remodeled unit. AC even in the loft. Great views and the best for morning walks to the bay. Really awesome trail to a gorgeous cove just 3/4 mile from the unit. Minutes to a little shopping center. Short drive to town, snorkeling beaches, yummy Black Rock pizza in Captain Cook and so much more. It’s our second time at this location and this unit was the best by far. Three pools and hot tubs are perfect for evening swims after days at the beach or out exploring the island. Property is managed exceptionally well. We had a precious flying squirrel stuffed animal left behind and they reached out so my brother could pick it up and so it home! Mahalo for everything!
