Nice and a good price but stained carpet
Very good other than the carpet was pretty stained/dirty
I have rented before from the same condo complex. I find this property conveniently located, quiet, clean, and very well maintained. The unit i rented this time around was very well stocked with beach essentials, such as beach chairs, plenty of beach towels, snorkeling gear for kids, coolers, etc.
Ive been renting units from this complex for decades whenever i can while visiting the Big Island. Haven't been disappointed yet. Good location close to shops, fairly quiet complex, well maintained.
Very walkable to both the Kings & Queens Shops, easy beach access to A bay, and one of our favorite places for lunch Lava Lava’s. It was central location for our family. A beautiful drive along the Kohala coast to visit friends in Hāwī, Kapa’au, Niuli’i & Maliu Ridge. A gorgeous view of Mauna Kea, Mauna Loa & Hualalai.
Carpets were filthy and need replacing. Refrigerator knocks when making ice, dishwasher door no springs. Interior Trim is peeling and damaged, needs replacing. Master TV has no data source, unable to use. Facilities and locations are excellent.
The location was perfect for us. Close walk to A Bay, restaurants and shops. Convenient for race weekend. The unit could use a little refresh but other than that no complaints. We enjoyed the welcome basket and had all the supplies we needed for our stay.
We love Fairway Villas. Have stated many times in the condo complex.
This unit needs updating and really needs a touch of care. It is basically clean and safe. Near pool and fitness center.
No blanket on master bed. Just a sheet and spread. No products to clean counters etc.kitchen adequately stocked except no large plastic glasses to take to the pool. A
problem with wifi was quickly fixed by Vacasa. Vacasa is responsive. Owners need to care more.
Had everything we needed plus the shops and grocery store was very convenient. Had different beaches to chooses from laidback to wavy I’d stay here again
Location of condo was great. AC worked well. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Condo was comfortable for my family of four.
Absolutely loved the area! Beautiful grounds, walking distance to restaurants, shops & beach! The condo is spacious, clean & quiet, has a fully stocked kitchen, nice pool and a fabulous lanai overlooking the golf course! Yes, it’s dated and could use some painting & updating but that’s easy to overlook when you’re enjoying Hawaii life!

This was the last place we stayed and we could not have asked for anything more. The check-in process was simple and the condo was spotless when we arrived. It was much more spacious than I imagined with very high ceilings and lots of space in the open layout and master bed & bath. The area felt much more private & quiet than I expected for a golf course. We were only steps away from the beautiful, shared pool. The proximity to the restaurants, shopping, and grocery at both Kings & Queens shopping centers was perfect and, in fact, better than the options in Waikoloa Village. We also made full use of the beach chairs, cooler, and boogie boards while we explored the area beaches. Hapuna Beach was our favorite!
This condo is in a great location and the grounds and pool area are quite nice. The unit itself is adequate but a little dated. It is in need of a refresh. The air conditioning does not really cool the unit. The coolest the air conditioning cooled the unit was 79 degrees.
The condo was very comfortable and the VRBO company so easy and pleasant to work with. We loved our stay overlooking the golf course and proximity to eateries and shopping and only a couple blocks from great beaches.
