This was a beautiful, clean condo that was well stocked. The location is ideal, close to the beach and town. The communication with the owners was prompt. The grounds were nice and had some hotel/resort features. I would highly recommend this condo for your vacation stay!
Kamole Sands is a great community directly across from Kam III, which is a really good beach. We have stayed in several units in Kamole Sands and this was definitely one of the best. The unit has a great kitchen set up with every tool, pan and spice we needed. Make sure you check out what’s already on hand before you do your big shopping trip. You’ll be surprised at what’s already in the cabinets and fridge. The closet on the lanai is also well stocked with beach supplies including chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and some snorkeling gear. We didn’t have our kids with us but also noticed there were plenty of things to make sand castles too. The host was amazing in terms of communication and help. We would definitely stay there again.

Me and my daughter loved the view from the lanai. We ate all our meals out there together just watching the water! The location is perfect from the beach to town!
We stayed at this condo for 12 nights in March. We had stayed at other units in the Kameole Sands before and were very happy with this one. The unit is very very well stocked with kitchen and bathroom items. Virtually everything was provided to help home cooking. The bed was extremely comfortable. The lanai has a table and four chairs where we enjoyed most meals. The lanai orientation is north so you will not 'bake', and we have at other south-facing units. Parking was not a problem even though the complex was very busy. The condo has two huge smart TVs which came in handy for sports events. Kam III beach was a 5 minute walk from our door and in our opinion is the best beach on the island. It is also a two minute walk to the pool and hot tub area. The front AC unit was able to provide good heat relief in the bedroom as it can be oriented to blow in that direction. The bedroom ceiling fan helped ensure we were not uncomfortable on any night. Jon, the local contact, was exceptionally helpful and answered our questions promptly. Thank you Michael and Jon for hosting us! Mahalo!
The location was great!The condo was as pictured. It appeared clean on the surface but the floors needed a good scrubbing. Our check in was awkward....after a long day of travel we arrived about 10:00 pm to find someone hanging out in our condo. It turned out to be the local contact (Jon?). He said he didn't think we were coming. It was a strange way to arrive at the condo that we had booked and paid for for the next 10 nights. There was no apology from him. Nor a response from the owner once we reported it
Michael’s property is as advertised. It is well equipped and well maintained.Kamole Sands is a great property, close to the beach and nearby shopping. We would definitely recommend this unit and would stay here again Wendy and Dave

We had the best time staying at this condo. The condo has everything you need. Our favorite place was the porch. You can see the ocean and Haleakala. The beach supplies were so nice to have. The condo has a great kitchen, very comfortable beds and space to relax.
From the condo, you just have to walk across the road and you are at Kamaole Beach park III (beautiful sandy beach). The pool and hot tube area are just a few minute walk from the condo and are very nicely maintained. On Wednesdays at 3pm, they have hula at the pool for two hours. The lady singing was awesome. There are other free activities on other days. Right up the road you will find coffee shops, ice cream, shave ice, food trucks, fish restaurants, grocery stores, abc store and pizza. The condo is in a great location on the island. Only 30 minutes from the airport, minutes from the boat ramp where tours leave from, and 15 minutes to Makena beach, our other favorite beach. There is also a surf school and dive shop close by. The condo was very quiet inside and around the grounds.
My family and I spend about 6 weeks a year in Kihei . This unit was by far the best unit we’ve stayed at. Because the location. Also how equipped the unit was. With not only beach gear. But also for basic household items. My family and I would love to stay here again. For the month of November.
Beautiful condo, great location and communicative host
The unit was very clean and well stocked with spices, etc, and had an uncluttered feel to it. It was also within easy walking distance to amenities. Great BBQ areas, with well working BBQS.
The location of this condo is amazing! A two minute walk to the beach, how can you go wrong!
It was clean and a lot more spacious than I expected a one bedroom condo to be! Having two full bathrooms was key for our family of 4! Having the beach gear was awesome. My son and daughter loved the boogie board! We would definitely stay here again!!

I highly recommend this condo. It had everything I needed and wanted- all the kitchen tools, and beach gear I wanted; quiet, with a nice view of the ocean from the lanai. Close to the pool and close to the ocean. Michael the owner, and Jon the local assistant were kind, patient, and helpful, sometimes going out of their way to get what I needed, or share information and answer my questions. Made me feel very comfortable. I'd come back to this condo in a heartbeat!
We have stayed in Kam Sands about 20 times in various units. This unit was nice, but neither the best or worst of units we have stayed. Would stay again
Condo was clean and comfortable, located 2 minutes from the beach. We enjoyed early morning beach walks daily and slept soundly on a huge king bed. Condo was equipped with beach chairs, umbrella and other beach accessories. Close to shopping, restaurants and sightseeing.
Best complex in all of Kihei. Centralized amenities and spacious condos with easy access to the beach. Building 9 is not located directly adjacent to the amenities, but a very easy walk to the pool, tennis courts, grills and green space.

Our daughter slept on the pull out and said it wasn’t bad. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed with the exception of only two coffee filters. We did not contact anyone on this as it was a minor inconvenience to get some when we went to the store. I have no doubt that John would have made sure they were brought to us had I said anything. We had a plumbing issue come up and after texting John he had someone come immediately to take care of it. This was handled well by the owner and we would definitely stay here again.
