This property looked fantastic and we were excited to stay here. We saw a bug or two and thought it was maybe because a door was left open. A day later we realized that there were roaches in the property. I immediately brought it to the attention of the management company by calling and was forced to leave a message, even though it was during business hours during a business day. I received a text back instead of a call back (I still have not received a call from the company to this day), and they apologized via text and I told them the unit was uninhabitable and that I was forced to get new toiletries because the roaches had been crawling on mine. The company did mention that I would not be charged for the days we left the condo, but nothing of the inconvenience of booking another accommodation at a much high price, or having to buy a new tooth brush, comb, etc. I was going to not write a review, but this company charged a cleaning fee (I was shocked!), never returned my calls, and overall was extremely subpar as far as I am concerned. STAY AWAY!
Great location and nice place. Pull out couch not the most comfortable as a couch but most aren’t. Lounge chair on deck could use a new kitchen. Place was perfect for our week. Having kitchen was better than hotel. Location is walkable to a lot of stuff.
I loved the location of the condo! It couldn’t have been better! I watched multiple sea turtles from the lanai every day. It’s an amazing place to watch the sunsets.

We had a lovely week here. Yes, the condo (bathroom and kitchen) seems small at first glance and needs the popcorn on the ceiling scraped off. You notice the sliders are very difficult to open and are weathered, Then you realize it's because the unit is literally as close to the water as you can get. Yes, loud, but a lovely view. Sunsets with a cocktail nightly. Then, you notice the other details, including the kitchen supplied with nice dishes and cooking utensils. Small things like plastic wrap, plastic storage containers, nice knives, laundry pods, dish soap are supplied. We cook a lot, rather than eat out constantly and breakfast on the lanai was wonderful. Towels are nice and large, bedding and furniture adequate and clean. There is a small beach here that the other condos in the area do not have and it was swimmable when the beach at the high dollar and very crowded KaAnapali Beach was not due to rip tides and undertows. While we were on the beach, a huge Hono turtle crawled out of the water to nap while his buddies snacked on the reef. The pool is nice and warm and clean. It is a small problem where to store your suitcase since the closet is jammed with chairs, towels, toys, ironing board, boogie boards, etc. We took a beach chair to the beach and discovered it was broken. I called Your Perfect Stay management and we had a new one delivered to the condo before we got back from our outing so they were very responsive. They also left a nice welcome bag with startup coffee, candies, etc. and since we arrived very late, without time to go to teh Safeway down the street, we appreciated teh morning pot of coffee. We would stay in this area again, it felt very friendly. The last day there we woke to an orange and pink sunrise with a giant rainbow that went across the sky after a light rain. I am giving it 4 stars only because it is a little tight-but it certainly did not matter the longer we were there. One work of caution, it says it sleeps 4, and in our opinion that just won't work unless they are small children. For a couple, it's perfect.
this unit is right on the beach - no long walk, no elevators. the views are spectacular as are the sunsets. the kitchen is fully stocked with any implement you might want. the beds are comfy. good coffee and good take out food just a 2 block walk across from a beautiful park. we loved staying here!
We recently stayed at Nohonani 203 for our anniversary and let me tell you the location was absolutely amazing!! The condo was perfect it was clean, it had all the amenities and felt like home. We loved sleeping with the windows open listening to the waves crash at night. The private beach at the condo has amazing snorkeling where we saw sea turtles every day. This condo also is in great location to restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream, snorkel gear and other good beaches. We are already planning our trip for next year and will absolutely book this condo again!
I love this condo because it is about as close to the water as you can possibly get, there are honu (turtles) in the water in front and on the beach below, it is very comfortable, and it has a well-stocked kitchen for cooking. Plus the whales! I went on a whale watch boat out of Lahaina for the first time ever, and, while I did see some whale activity, I actually saw better displays of whales playing from the condo lanai (balcony) than I did from the boat! Nohonani is a very friendly, small community - numerous guests gather on the pool deck for sunset and watch together. I am definitely coming back and staying in this unit again!
Perfect location to view the whales, sea turtles and morning rainbows.
One minor issue was with the volume control on the bedroom TV.
We enjoyed our stay.
Unit was very airy, ocean views were beautiful, kitchen was very nicely equipped and bed and furnishings were comfortable. Condo location was convenient to food stores, shops and restaurants. Recommend this spot to enjoy your Maui getaway.
