This beautiful, fully air conditioned, 1620 sq' Poipu Kai Regency condo is very spacious with two stories and an open loft that serves as a fourth bedroom. On the main floor is the master bedroom with a Calif. KING size bed, a large master bathroom, walk in shower, tub, closet, two sink vanity, TV and even a private lanai. There is a second bedroom w/ a King bed and a full bathroom across the hall. We have provided a stacked washer/dryer on this floor as well.

The kitchen, with granite counter tops, is very modern and is loaded with the newest appliances for your convenience. The living room has a large TV with cable, a DVD player and a surround sound stereo system for your enjoyment. The upstairs boasts the spacious loft area with a closet and two twin beds (can be made into a King sized bed) and a view of the downstairs living area. There is also a third private bedroom with a queen bed and TV as well as another full bathroom...this is a Jack n Jill bathroom.

This condo is an upper unit so there is no noise to contend with. It is located in the Regency group of condos which have access to the private 3 pools, spas and BBQ areas (available only to Regency guests) should you desire to BBQ and lounge about. There is a beautiful walking path, with immaculately manicured trees, shrubs, and lawns that leads to the beach from the condo. This is a very pleasant 5 minute stroll. The beaches are very user friendly should you desire to snorkel, swim, or just lie out and catch up on your tan.

We own, rent and manage this condo ourselves as well as # 857718 ( the 2 units could be combined for larger groups)... and take great pride in offering you the best value in housing in the Poipu area for your dream vacation.

Perfect place to stay for our family! We had plenty of room for the 8 of us! So fun to be able to walk to the beach! We had the pool to ourselves every time we used it. Loved everything about this trip!!!!

Beautiful location, 5 min walk to Poipu Beach with paved paths. The condo you was perfect for our two of families of 8. Kitchen was fabulous for cooking, enjoyed the deck to relax and the living room was comfy with enough chairs for everyone to enjoy a movie while it rained. 3 bathrooms was wonderful to have - no fighting over shower time. The condo unit had beach chairs and umbrellas that were fabulous to take to the beach. There were other beach supplies like water shoes snorkels, etc, but we had brought our own. Pool and hot tub were shared with the other units along with the Bar-B-que’s, but easy to access and lovely. Great directions from the airport Will definitely book again!

This unit was wonderful and had everything we needed. Great location with a short walk to multiple beaches. This was our third stay in Poipu and we love this area. The unit had everything you could ever need for a day at the beach, and the wagon was a lifesaver. Peg of the management company was quick to make any quick repair that was needed without it affecting our stay. The owner is also quick to answer messages and provide support. Definitely recommend this place for a relaxing stay on the South side.
