The location is perfect! The view from the balcony is outstanding! All you need are the groceries you’re going eat. The only drawback for us was the fact that there isn’t a breezeway from the back of the building to the front. There is a beach access all the way at the end…just a little inconvenient. Even with that being said said, we rate this property a 5! It was just perfect for us.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a terrific 2 bed/2 bath condo on the second floor. It was very clean and airy. The second bath room and bedroom were a little wonky... the shower was literally in the bedroom. The living room furniture could use some updating too. We had a great visit. Kauai is lovely!

We really enjoyed our stay. The view from this unit is breathtaking. Loved the sound of crashing waves. Very nicely updated and modern. The condo complex is right next to The Beach House restaurant also known for their views if that tells you anything.

We LOVED the balcony- Roomy enough for 4-6 people to drink wine and enjoy the views. You fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean.
