Perfect location, clear view of the beach, short walk. Great lanai, and well equipped, clean, no issues with the stay. Umbrellas, grill, chairs provided. The house was spacious with separate sitting areas upstairs and downstairs. Also appreciated the tankless water heater, since we all wound up taking showers when back from the beach and heading out. Ice machine in fridge, separate wine fridge. Grill new and clean. Highly recommend, and better equipped than most VRBOs.

Very clean. Amazing location. The Green Sea Turtles every evening on Poipu Beach were awe-inspiring. Great communication with Garden Island Rentals. Very prompt attention to a few minor issues. Well-equipped house and kitchen (loved the coffee pot and coffee grinder). Beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and boogie boards were a plus.

This home and location is perfect! The hosts are fantastic as well responding quickly and very communicative. Pros:1. This house is huge! There is a lot of space in the house but also has a patio and a yard plus a huge public grassy area for your kids to play or use as a great photo opp.2. Well equipped! Has everything you need. Blenders, cookware, rice cooker, bbq, coffee maker, cooler, beach equipment and boogie boards, and toiletries.3. Location! Maybe 50-75 steps to the sand and maybe another 25 steps to the water! You have brenneckes 50 steps away, Poipu beach maybe 200 steps away from brenneckes. You’ll see sea turtles almost every day! Also ship wreck beach has an easy hike where you have to see the sunrise!Cons (not many but figured I would be thorough):1. Parking - yes, there is a 1 car garage and a carport for 1 car. The driveway and angle to park in these spots is a bit difficult. I rented a crossover SUV and it was fine but I can imagine a full size SUV might be a little harder to park. Not a big deal but worth mentioning.2. Towels - I think this goes for all beach house rentals due to the humidity but recommend to bring your own bath towels or just purchase some if you want fresh smelling and fluffy towels.Overall, great property and would 100% recommend renting for your next vacation!

This property is very nice and well equipped. The two master set up works great for two couples. The location is perfect and overall we really enjoyed our stay. The only issue we had was noise. Our neighbors partied every night until the wee hours. We understand people are on vacation but excessive noise, music and shouting is taking it too far. I would also suggest that the rental company consider providing a small starter pack for renters. When you arrive late and don’t even have a bottle of water or a couple coffee pods for the morning- it’s not fun. Just a few items until guests can get to a grocery would be great- at least water. Overall, great house in a great location.

Lei Hali'a was a gem! Fabulous location, view, amenities and comfort! Kitchen was very well appointed for 2 senior couples who love to cook. Views from every room. A couple items needed attention while we were there for 3 weeks and Garden Island was all over them. Thanks especially to Chela for taking such good care of us!!

A group of 9 family members stayed in Poipu for the holidays and this house (home to 4 adults) was our central hub. What a fabulous location, layout, and assistance! The house was immaculate and well suited to our intergenerational family dynamic, and the location next to the beach was so fun and handy. We could have easily had a few kids stay here if needed, but thankfully only had the crew over for dinners on the big lanai. The house was probably the best equipped kitchen of any rental we've ever had in more than 10 years of these types of gatherings, and the management group was on top of everything - from our arrival and questions, so special requests. I would HIGHLY recommend this group and this property to families looking for an amazing Poipu experience.
Amazing location with ocean views from every room (except the bathrooms). The house is beautiful and well appointed. Drinks and dinner on the lanai many evenings, great ocean swimming and boogie boarding just steps away. It doesn’t get much better than this. We will definitely stay in this house again.
