Konea 301 features two large bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom, plus an extra half bathroom in the living area. Great condo, very comfortable. Large lanai and grill were wonderful to have, particularly during the 4 day rainy spell! Only two negatives: closest elevator was out of order and it was a long hike to the main elevators and trash/recycle room.

We spent the week in this condo with our 2 year old. It was fantastic. We had everything we needed and it was so convenient having the option to go to the pool or ocean within a few steps. We would definitely book again!

I can’t say enough good things about this unit! We fell in love with it. Truly the best property we have ever stayed at. The location of this unit provides for a beautiful view of the ocean and sunset. We opened the doors wide to the lanai and spent a lot of time in the evenings relaxing out there. There was usually a nice breeze to make it very pleasant, and you could view the stars at night. Inside the unit was very open and spacious which worked great for my family of 6. With 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bath, plus a comfortable sleeper sofa, there was enough room for everyone without ever feeling crowded. There are kitchen amenities for cooking, and even a grill on the lanai. We also appreciated that there were boogie boards and beach chairs in the unit for use. Pool/beach towels are provided throughout the property via “vending machines.” Just scan your property-issued wristband and take how many you need and return them later.) We would definitely stay at this unit again!
