This luxury 3 BR / 3 BA 10th floor villa overlooks the lagoon pool from the 10th floor of the Beach Tower.
Located in the World-Famous Ko Olina Resort and Marina on the 2nd of four lagoons, you’ll enjoy the mile and a half walkway along the four lagoons as you pass the newest 4 Seasons in Hawaii, the Disney Aulani Hotel & Spa, the Marriot Ko Olina Beach Club and us, The Ko Olina Beach Villas. For golfer's, Ko Olina Golf Course, which has hosted the Lotte LPGA tournament in the past is available. The adventurers, the Ko Olina Marina has plenty of ocean activities available and we're sure you’ll find plenty to do.
The Ko Olina Beach Villas are one of the newest and most exclusive ocean front condominium properties available for rent on Oahu and are about 25 miles from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki and Honolulu. An easy drive to explore, but we think you’ll really enjoy the peace and quiet in Ko Olina in what’s quickly becoming the premier resort on Oahu. The Beach Villas are not time shares or hotel suites... The Beach Villa apartments are individually owned hotel units whose use has been approved for short term rentals of 6 nights or longer.
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with a sliding door that connects to the large lanai overlooking the pool. The private 5-piece bath has a deep tub, double sink, and separate walk-in shower. The second Bedroom has a queen bed with a 3/4 bath off the hall. The third Bedroom has two twins which can be converted to a king upon request and also has a private bath. This villa easily accommodates up to 8 people with the 3 Bedrooms in addition to a queen sized sofa bed in the living room. (Maximum occupancy is for 8 people, but children under 2 at the time of arrival are not included that count)
We have floor futons available for children and we also have Pack N Plays, highchairs and strollers for our smaller guests. The open lanai off the front of the living area faces the lagoon pool and the 3rd and 4th lagoons with comfortable furniture and views of the resort and sunsets.
Located on the10th floor of the Beach Tower you'll love how close you are to the lagoons with a bird’s eye view. The 10th floor has only 1 villa facing the pools, so you have great privacy when using the lanai. The best part of the Beach Villas is how much you will feel at home. Location & size of condo was perfect. Views from 10th floor were outstanding & sliding doors from living room to the large lanai made the living space seem twice as large. Kitchen was well equipped & having 3 bathrooms with 2 teenagers was very convenient. Pool area & grounds were well maintained & beautiful. Choice of 4 lagoons linked by the walking path was very convenient. Very happy with our stay.

This property had everything! We had such a fantastic time. The location was great, close to shopping and dining. Nice walk along the waterfront! Beaches were stunning. Property grounds were clean, great pool and hot tubs. The room was perfect. Had everything we needed and was clean and well maintained! Can’t wait to stay again.
