This condo was amazing. Everything we need was in the condo. The pools were beautiful and it only took minutes to walk to the amazing beach. We could see the whales from our patio. We will definitely return
Had an enjoyable 5 weeks in Kihei. Nice view of the ocean and the abundance of whale sightings while enjoying coffee on the patio. The mornings were quite peaceful until the pickleballers started at 8, would be nice to delay them for an hour. Will be back next year again. Aloha
Great location. Beach is right across the property. Restaurants and other shops are within minutes. All guided tour buses have this as their listed pock up spot. Apartment is clean and very well maintained, with multiple individually controlled AC units in each room. Kitchen has all possible utensils and amenities you can imagine. elevator access. Parking is free and convenient. Would highly recommend this place!

This condo had everything we needed for a wonderful stay in Maui. We loved being so close to the beach, and the beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and mats were so helpful. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the place was spacious and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!
Condo is nice upstate all the things you could need, beautiful view from the balcony, very relaxing. Beach and grassy area/picnic area just a walk down the driveway.
Condo itself was just right for visibility of the ocean and typically a quiet part of the complex. Only issue was the fact the elevator was down for the last 10 days and with a handicapped person staying here it made the stairs abit difficult. Looking forward to being here again next year. Tks
We just returned from our 10 day stay for Christmas and New Years and it was absolutely wonderful. With a family of 4 kids the condo was perfect for us! Very clean and had all the necessities that you would need. The beach chairs, mats and umbrellas were a nice touch. We followed the directions in the lanai closet and went to Auntie Snorkel down the street to rent boogie boards and snorkels and they were very affordable and easy to deal with. The air conditioning worked great, but we realized that if you left the windows closed during the day and at sunset opened everything up then it cooled down nicely and we didn't have to use the AC very much. The appliances are all fairly new and worked great. The kitchen was well stocked and with BBQ's on site we used them mostly to cook our food (Costco is the way to go!)
The complex is very nice and super friendly people. There are beautiful beaches just across the street. We love the area of south Kihei with lots of great amenities within walking distance, and other amazing beaches within a short drive.
Mitch was very easy to deal with and a great and a great host. He replied very quickly to any questions we had and was very helpful. I would recommend his condo rental to anyone!
It was a clean, up-dated condo. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pans. It is right across the street from the beautiful state beach with snorkeling, boogie boarding and soaking in the warm water. We will stay there again.
The property was clean, spacious, well kept and in ideal location due to the fact that we were able to see whales breaching in the distance from our lanai. Mitch was very quick to respond during a moment while we were trying to check in. This place is remarkable from the inside and out.
Had such a great stay! Communication with property manager was very prompt, rental unit is lovely and has everything you need. Within walking distance of family friendly beaches with lots of sea turtles. The property is within walking distance of restaurants/shops. Two nice pools to relax in. From balcony we saw lots of whales and enjoyed sunrises and sunsets!
