Amazing views - location was awesome.
Can’t say enough about the location of the property. Have never seen so many turtles without a million other people around. The unit has a perfect view, smaller complex so never felt super crowded at the pool area which the kids loved. We’ve stayed in or north of kaanapali many times and always come back to the area and loved the size of the unit for our family. Will definitely return!

Noelani was the perfect location for our family of 5. Our main objective was to share the magical experience of whale watching to our daughters. The moment they stepped out onto the lanai they saw whales frolicking close by. We saw lots of turtles swimming in front of the condo and on the beach.
The condo was clean and met our needs. Most of our time was out on the lanai enjoying our meals, watching the sunset, and of course whale watching. It's an older complex but everything is updated.
My Perfect Stay property management company was great to work with. They stayed in communications with us before and during our stay and answered our questions quickly. We will be back.
Our family booked a reservation with My Perfect Stays in March 2023. We had the most incredible experience, the amenities of our condominium were wonderful, and the beach, views, pools, overall location, and highlight of the private turtle beach was breathtaking! My Perfect Stays staff went above and beyond to help make sure we had the perfect condos selected for our family, and teenager in a wheelchair. We were even able to send medical equipment ahead of time to their office to make sure we had the safety items we needed! We will definitely book with My Perfect Stays and hope to be able to use their services again if we are ever able to return to Maui! Mahalo!
Spectacular location! Beautiful, clean and very comfortable condo! Kitchen had everything we needed to cook and used the grills by the pool. We ate dinner and watched the sunset every night on the deck! We snorkeled everyday at the little beach next door! Breathtaking views! Can’t wait to go back!

The Noelani was a perfect location. Turtles out front, next door a beautiful snorkeling beach, and out of the way from the crowded big hotels at Ka'anapali. The condo was very clean and has all the amenities you need, we will be back!

This condo is very comfortable. It is right on the ocean with amazing views. We saw turtles and whales every day swimming by. The turtles would sleep on the little beach on property every day too. The location is close to restaurants and snorkeling beaches. Our family had a memorable stay and can't wait to return to Maui.

We really enjoyed being so close to the water. We loved watching the whale activity right from the living room and the lanai. Also- the sea turtles that came up on the beach property were just amazing. So apart from feeling like we had an amazing aquarium in front of us- we could easily walk to a swim-able beach 2 minutes away.
We enjoyed morning walks into Kaanapali area. We enjoyed being 10-15 minutes drive away from all that Kaanapali and Lahaina have to offer but in a nice quiet neighborhood.
Waking up to the ocean view and going to sleep with the sound of waves made this a very special location for us. 😀

We spent most of our short stay out on the lanai! The ocean view was spectacular. Even saw a few whales and a very rare lightning show one night! The condo has that old Hawaiian style feel to it. 2 of the 3 bedrooms are right along the walkway/stairs of the building so you really have to close all your shades and windows for privacy and quietness. The master bedroom has another wonderful lanai! Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay.
We loved the sounds of the ocean and the views were amazing. We saw so many rainbows! And the unit’s decor was interesting and fun.
The only complaint we have is that the master bedroom’s air conditioning wasn’t working. The property manager tried to get it fixed but it just didn’t work out as parts had to be ordered.
We would definitely go back as it was a lovely week!

We loved staying at the Noelani. We found the property to be clean, beautiful, and the process for check-in/out was very easy. We highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a laid-back, restful, and beautiful vacation in Maui.
We were visiting from Seattle and stayed at Noelani 302 for 5 nights. The location of the condo was spectacular! Also the condo was very spacious with. Fully functioning kitchen and air conditioning in every room. The views of the ocean were simply breathtaking from every corner! Access to pool and hot tub were a plus point! The service was also super prompt. They were easily accessible and resolved issues immediately. Bonus was having a washer/dryer inside the unit! Lots of beach equipment including toys for the kids, chairs in the unit made it so convenient for our family. We will surely come back here.

This condo was perfect for myself, my son and girlfriend and my 2 sisters to stay in. The upstairs balcony off the master bedroom was definitely a bonus. The view was spectacular! The location was close to several of our other activities. It was very convenient to walk to several restaurants and grocery stores or gas stations. I would definitely stay here again.
Great location with great views & within minutes of several beaches and restaurants. Grand children loved the turtles and pool. Highly recommend!
Great location on Maui, in a nice-sized property. Loved watching whales from our balcony. Enjoyed using the grill by the pool (twice in one week). Kitchen was well-stocked. All-in-all, a very pleasant stay.
Let’s start with pros: great location. Had everything a family of 8 could want, chairs, boogie boards, a little beach/park just down the road, beach towels, and the kitchen was pretty well stocked. Everything was in working order. The main living room TV was a bit difficult to maneuver and the Sony box was very slow to respond. I recommend a Roku or Samsung Blu-ray player instead, much more user friendly. This property was clean with the exception of the ceiling fans. I used to clean houses so when I stay somewhere, I always look at fans…and these were DUSTY!. Other than this, very tidy.
Cons: almost every communication I received from the rental company, my perfect stays, had some warning about using the towels or sheets. There were multiple signs around the condo cautioning you not to stain their white towels or beware a $250 fine. It became quite annoying to be constantly reminded of this and they didn’t even leave out 8 towels for our party. We were 1 short. We didn’t find their hidden stash under the upstairs bathroom sink until the second to the last day so someone was using a beach towel for showers instead. They did provide black washcloths for makeup removal which was great, something I do anyway, but honestly, I would’ve much preferred the owner to offer less expensive sheets and towels to being on constant high alert about ruining their precious linens.
My other recommendation to the owner would we to check out the popcorn ceiling above the dining table, it’s starting to crack and chip. Perhaps there’s a leak from the bathroom above?
Last recommendation would be to replace some of the pans. The nonstick coating has been scratched and is chipping, making them no longer safe for use.
All in all the place was wonderful. We would stay at this location again, if not in this exact same unit. I would’ve given it 5 stars but the dirty ceiling fans and the constant threat of being fined for misuse of towels brought it down.
