We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The view was incredible. We saw sea turtles, whales, and even a seal. The condo is perfectly located.
This was a vacation we will never forget. The place was perfect. We were right on the ocean and spent a lot of time on the patio. Besides the perfect place, the people were very quick to respond when I would email them with questions. I would stay there again.
LOVED our stay here! The property was well maintained and had a private beach and pool! Our condo was perfect for us, and had the best views! Loved staying here over a huge resort, highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay. This unit is right above the water on the fourth floor. Always turtles, at least when we were there, September/October to see in the water directly in front of the property. Every possible item you could ask for is somewhere within that kitchen area! a few minute walk to ABC store and bad *** coffee right across the way. Don’t miss Papi Ohana’s if you like cinnamon rolls and baked goods, get there bright and early, they truly were the best cinnamon rolls I’ve ever had! There’s a little park a few minute walk also. I would suggest the floor be better cleaned. It was swept, however my feet were black if I went barefoot because the floor did not seem to be kept up with mopping. A couple of suggestions would be to have a knife sharpener or have the bigger chopping knives sharpened. I could not find an I could not find a sharpener maybe there was one and I just didn’t see it ...Also unscented laundry soap and dryer sheets, please. A couple of softer bed pillows would be wonderful also. We would highly recommend this unit and area to stay in.

We stayed for 6 nights at Nohonani and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The condo was perfect and had enough space for our entire family (3 adults and 2 kids). The view from the balcony is unbelievable, we were able to see sea turtles swim by all day. Pool and beach were great as well, there were kids toys and beach chairs and everything you could possibly need. We had an issue with the sofa bed and the management team was very fast to replace it with a whole new couch/bed. I would highly recommend staying, especially based on the price, which I thought was reasonable. We absolutely loved Maui and this part of the island - great stores, restaurants, and beaches nearby. Only modest issue is the lack of AC, but the fans and breeze from the ocean was enough to offset those problems.
This condo met its expectations and we had the most beautiful view and relaxing time here at Nohonani. The entire building is relatively quiet which is what we were hoping for. Reading through the guestbook was a fun journey, and it showed how much the owners of this condo truly care about every visitor's comfort while on vacation here. We appreciated the little touches such as the water filter jug, rice cooker, binoculars, dishwasher/laundry soaps, and all the fans.
The lack of A/C was a little rough during Aug/Sept, but the ocean and pool helped cool us off.
It wasn't an issue for us, however for the light sleepers, the ocean noise here might be a little too loud for you.
When we booked this condo two months ago and up until today, nothing was said about the four floor levels of construction being done right next door to us. The beeping from the backing up machinery to the drills against the bedroom walls Impacted the vacation.
We do want to report that on the third night of our stay there were high winds and it blew the bedroom screen door off the track and hit a deck chair, putting a small hole in the screen.

For the most part, it wasn’t an issue but had a few shorts periods where it was pretty warm in the condo. We made it a point to get out and explore in the afternoon hours. Definitely would recommend this place.

The Nohonanni enjoys one of the best locations in the Kaanapali area. Located right on the beach we enjoyed snorkelling among the sea turtles. The unit was well equipped with comfortable beds. A perfect vacation.

First week stuck in 4 th floor condo as elevator broken and unable to navigate the many stairs. Small discount given for time spent in condo Lanai door does not open easily and had handyman come twice to fix it. Stated he needed to replace door closure device. pool furniture very uncomfortable and old. Sheets were thread bare otherwise good stay. Person in charge of our condo very helpful and courteous

The elevator broke and we had to stay in our condo for a week on the 4 th floor. My husband uses a walker so it was awful getting him to condo in first place with elevator out the sliding doors to lanai don’t work had workman 3 times to try and fix it. The owner was sympathetic to our confinement in the condo but no reduced rate. The sheets are threadborne. Everything else was ok

We love Nohonani 405 and consider it our 2nd home!! The front bedroom looks right down on the ocean. All you hear at night from that room is the sound of the waves. From the lanai, you can look down and watch the sea turtles feeding on the reef and in winter, you can spot whales frolicking in the water. I also enjoy the view of Molokai. We love to watch the sunset behind Lanai every evening. The condo is clean and well equipped with a boogie board, ice chest, beach chairs, etc. I also like the hooks hanging in the master bedroom and out on the lanai. Super handy for bathing suits, sun hats, etc. The pool area is nice and a fun place to hang out. An occasional sea turtle will hang out on the beach! Gas barbeques are a handy place to cook your dinner. The strip mall down the street has several yummy places to get food to go if you don't feel like cooking. We plan to return as soon as possible!
